We knew which car we wanted and they made a very fair deal with us. They accommodated our needs by putting on a trailer hitch and making an extra valet key. They gave us a loan rate that was half of our own lending institution. Highly recommend their staff!

I like my new car. When I entered the dealership I was introduced to Zaia. He was very friendly and knowledgeable.I was shown the carsI might be interested in while he talked about the choices. I looked at several possibilities and became interested enough to return with my wife. We likeed what we heard from Zaia. We information home and called about more safety additions. He was able to find a car that we wanted and proceeded to make the purchase. When we picked up the car Zaia explained the feathers and invited us to return if we have any more questions. I found a 2011 Malibu on the internet and stopped by Jennings Chevrolet to take a look. I was pleasantly greeted by Fuad Ghosh. Together we walked the lot briefly in search of the car I described. It was a bit brisk outside, so Fuad asked for a minute while he located the car. In less than 5 minutes, he had located the car and was extremely patient as I looked the car over. He offered a test drive and when I requested a test drive for the following day, there were no questions asked. Fuad simply asked "sure what time will you be stopping by." Fuad had the car ready for me. I only mention this because the week before I was at another dealership where even though I had requested the test drive a day before and called the day I was picking the car up to say I would be delayed in getting there, the car was still not ready. I waited at this other dealership for an hour and in the meantime the staff tried selling me a new car. Fuad was considerate of my time and respected my selection. Fuad was not pushy, just down to earth. How often do you find that quality in a car salesman! My overall experience was extremely good from Andy in Service, Bob in Finance, Derek in the Body Shop even Freddie from Enterprise. But especially Fuad Ghosh!! I purchased my very first and only new car from Jennings Chevrolet back in the late 80's and told Fuad the salesman's name. Fuad was surprised I remembered the salesman's name. I will also remember Fuad by name and not hesitate to refer others to him due to his high quality service. Thank you Fuad!
