Purchased a GLA 250 11 days ago.
Purchased a GLA 250 11 days ago. Initially the sales rep, Christian Felix, was great. When it was time to leave he informed me that he would mail my second key (he couldn't find it at the time) and the owners manual. I've reached out to him twice to follow up and I've received no response. I'm very disappointed because this is so typical of dealerships. They sell you a car and then they want nothing to do with you. It looks like I'll have to make a trip to the dealership to get my second key and owners manual.

Very bad experience
When I bought the car at the end of the lease, this guy forced me buy the warranty, After 2 months I wanted to sell the car so I went to cancel the warranty, I talked to same person, GEORGE YAKIM, HE MADE A FORM AS PICTURE,ON 9/18/2023 HE DIDN'T GIVE ME A HARD COPY. SO I TOOK A PICTURE. IT'S NOT PAID YET STILL NOW. TODAY IS 11/27/2023 I WENT THERE AGAIN, OTHER PERSON SAID IT WAS DECLINED DUE TO NO SIGNATURE NONSENCE.. DON'T BUY A WARRANTY DON'T BUY A CAR AT HERE

I brought my car in to have the front brake pads
I brought my car in to have the front brake pads replaced. My new service advisor, Daisy Pacheco did an outstanding job answering all my questions and providing great customer service. She was also able to secure a loaner car and kept my informed during the entire process. I’ve been servicing my car at House of Imports for over 15 years. My last service advisor, Allison Enciso provided terrible service. She was rude and unprofessional. That’s why I switched service advisors and I am so happy I did. I had asked Allison for a survey to provide feedback on the poor customer service and she told me that surveys were sent out randomly. I asked her if that was a new procedure because I’ve been servicing my car there for many years and always received a survey to complete after the work was done. Needless to say I never received a survey to provide feedback for Allison’s horrible customer service. I had to call her supervisor and report her. Again, I am happy that I switched to Daisy Pacheco. She was a breath of fresh air and displayed the Mercedes Benz customer service that I have been accustomed to for over 20 years.

I was VERY disappointed to hear that a "collision
I was VERY disappointed to hear that a "collision avoidance" function on my car was not working because a "software update" was required, and would cost me $250, as it was not covered under the warranty. THIS IS A SAFETY FEATURE THAT I PURCHASED WITH THE CAR!!!
