    Contacted this dealer for a used 2014 MB GLK350 my wife liked a lot. At the time the GLK was in the shop for inspection and we the 1st to be interested... in. Went through the process of exchanging infos, trade in value, and received a reservation# to check and test drive. So far a pleasant experience. What followed was quite the oposit. Received news the GLK has returned from inspection. We confirmed once more interest and time when at the dealership. But before we even could start driving received a voicemail from a sales manager that the car was "accidentally" already sold. When tried to contact either sales manager Mr. David Kim or Mr Kevin Sanchez who approved the sales no replies. No explanation or even an offer for an alternative GLK (there were 4 more at the dealership was made as one would expect. Needless to say that my wife and I were deeply disappointed as we were excited about the purchase. Therefore we cannot recommend this dealership that obviously practice a Business culture that does not care for their clients nor respect/honor a reservation/ given word. There are other dealers out there that stay true to their word and thrust worthy.

    I had a "SUPREMELY BLESSED" experience with the House of Imports. It was like non other!! Jerome Jackson and Ron both took excellent care of... me. They made certain that every detail was addressed from the inception of shopping for a new car until my lovely 2018 Mercedes CLA 250 arrived in my driveway. I highly recommend the House of Imports if you are looking to be treated with the excellent service and ultimate respect you deserve.
