There is not enough room to say all the good things I have to say about Haasz Automall. The respect and professionalism we have received by everyone in service has been awesome. We have never been treated that good at any other service garage. The service department staff has always treated my vehicles with the utmost care. When they give me an appointment time, when I arrive at that time, my vehicle is taken back right away. They have a great and comfortable waiting room where you can relax while you wait for your vehicle to be serviced. I would recommend to anyone to take your vehicles to Haasz Automall for service. :)

Excellent Service Dept. and Staff! Solid work!!!!
I purchased my Outback from Haasz 4 years ago and have returned for regular maint. and service as required-never a problem from Haasz! The staff are personable and professional, the Service Dept. completes excellent work and keeps me in the loop through the entire process. I'm hoping to purchase my next SUV from Haasz and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reputable dealership.

Greg Baxter and Mark Lemon took very good care of me and my Family. Greg went well and beyond the call of duty to get me into my 2004 Cadillac SLS. Without Greg Baxters Finance expertise I wouldn't have been able to purchase my car. I had been turned down for Financing everywhere else and Greg got the Deal threw and had me in my car within a few hours. Signed the paperwork and I was driving home in my Cadillac. I would highly recommend Greg and the Haasz Automall Team to anyone who needs a New or Used Car. I will be going back as soon as I need another car.

Outstanding, Professional Sales and Management
Went to Haasz in hopes of finding a 2013 Dodge Dart with a manual transmission AND cruise control. They had a manual transmission on their lot but it didn't have the cruise control. They went over and above on locating the car we wanted and brought it down from another dealership. Their outstanding commitment and professionalism to finding what we were looking for earned our business. Our sales lady, Linda Sousa, is outstanding to deal with. She is so knowledgeable of the vehicles and went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied. She was great to deal with and was NOT pushy. It's nice to see a sales person (Linda) ALWAYS smiling and making you feel relaxed and happy conversing with. I highly recommend that you request her when visiting Haasz for your next vehicle purchase. If Haasz doesn't have what you are looking for, give LInda and the dealership a chance to locate a vehicle for you. If you have any problems, Linda, Tyler and Andy will go over and above to make you happy. I'm sure the other staff will as well, but we dealt with Linda, and talked with Tyler and Andy too. They were all professional and extremely nice. Already had our first oil change and dealt with Julie in Service. She was very nice and helpful as well. We dealt with Greg Baxter in Finance. He was very helpful as well with going over different bank options and rates as well as extended warranty. Thanks Linda and Haasz for making our purchase an enjoyable one. We love our Dart! As the commercial says, "There's no place like Haasz!" So give them a chance at earning your business. They diffintely will get ours again.

Warranty was not honored
I saw a 2005 Jeep Liberty for sale online. I was told that it had a 75,000 mile extended power-train warranty that would be transferred to me with the vehicle purchase. I researched myself and found that Jeep only offers this to the second owner of the car. The car-fax stated that there were already 2 owners. The internet sales team stated that this was a glitch on the car-fax and the second owner was actual the dealership taking deliver of the car. I drove from NY to OH to make the deal. I was given paperwork from Geno (a circle talking stereotypical car salesman) stating that the car carried a 75k power-train warranty that would be transferred into my name. After I returned to NY with the vehicle, I sent the dealership all the paperwork they needed to sign to transfer the warranty into my name, but it was refused my Jeep. I was in fact the 3rd owner and not eligible to receive the transfer. Geno acknowledged that he told me i would have a warranty and the extremely rude finance manager, Greg Baxter, claimed there was never a warranty in the deal. 10,000 miles after purchasing the Jeep, the torque converter failed. After sending Jeep Corperate all of the claimed warranty documents which Geno included in the deal, they covered the work as a good faith courtesy. Jeep notified me that their dealerships are franchised and I would have to pursue Haasz Auto Mall legally on the false warranty.

First we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this situation may have caused you. We always work for 100% customer satisfaction. We aren't quite sure how this happened, but to our knowledge, there seems to have been a clerical glitch on Chrysler’s end. We are currently working with Chrysler to find out how this possibly could have happened. If we had realized that the paperwork printed directly from Chrysler was incorrect, we would have resolved this issue with you and with Chrysler before any loan agreements were signed. We are glad that Jeep was able to cover the costs of you repair for you.

End of November 2012 I began communicating w/Haasz Automall in Ravenna Ohio regarding a specific vehicle that was on the lot for sale. Sent in required documents and on Dec. 14th received notification that "Our Finance Team has stated that they can extend financing to you... stop on by and choose your vehicle". I went and it took 3 hours and finally Dan explained the loan dept.'s had been closed for 3 hours. (Why was I waiting?) In the meantime, my credit was shopped to 19 yes 19 different lenders.. how do I know this? I have the denial for credit reports sitting on my desk! Also Dan told me that it will look like "One credit pull and not many, people do it all the time". So after waiting, Don gave me keys to one of the vehicles I was in contact with Denise about, two days later I was told to return the vehicle BUT- the first vehicle I was looking at that was said to be on the lot had been sold a week PRIOR to my original communique. Great. What's NOT SO GREAT is that my CREDIT SCORE DROPPED 32 POINTS over this "Credit Shopping" and NOW I CANNOT BUY A HOUSE. One final thing- they told me I would get my deposit back in 24 to 48 hours but it actually took 6 DAYS and my credit card was OVER LIMIT on my FIRST BILL. HAASZ has horrible business practices and I'm looking into what I can do legally to them- for what they've done to me.

We do apologize for any inconvenience you experienced with our dealership. I spoke with our General Manager, and he said that he has been in contact with you to resolve your concerns. He said that as soon as he receives your information, he will refund the overdraft fees, and he is working to remove some of the credit inquiries off of your credit report. This should allow your credit score to bump back up where it belongs. He will continue to be in contact with you resolve these issues, and you have his information should you need to contact him in the meantime. We really do feel that all will be well in the end.

i went there looking to trade my car in on a newer car and had a ok experience. the salesman was pleasent and directed me to the car that would best fit my situation.this was the second car i bought from them and probably will go back again.

I called Haasz expecting to be turned down I saw a listing on Craigslist for 2011 dodge avenger I knew it was a long shot Nathan talked me into coming down after a lil arm twisting I came in and the rest is history what they say is true there is no place like Haasz
