Car Purchase

I was desperate to buy a vehicle. My car died, and with my less than perfect credit situation, I was limited on options. I came to Haaz expecting to be turned down to buy a vehicle. I was approved with the help of my awesome salesman Tom Roberts. He told me that he would get me approved, and he did. He met at it until he got me financed with the best deal. Simple and Forthright

I traded my 2014 Ram Laramie for a new 2017. Christy Cozma and Mike Lynch took care of everything via email and telephone. They were always prompt and courteous and when I came to pick up the new truck the whole process only took 40 minutes. Both the vehicle and the paperwork were exactly as described. This was the simplest car buying experience I've ever had. Thanks Christy and Mike.

Great Experience..Would Def Reccomend

I traveled to a few dealerships, and I knew what I wanted. I checked out a few cars, and the Jeep Latitude was what fit my needs. Once I knew the car I wanted it was all about getting the price, and payments that I needed. Two other dealerships keep telling me that they were already losing money and could not get to what I needed (unless I put more down which was obvious). The internet price was a little higher than the other dealerships, but Jordan worked with me and did a great job. He always communicated which makes the process smoother. He was never pushy, and got me what I needed to make the deal. Highly recommend giving this dealership a shot and Jordan as a salesperson.

Easy, honest, and kind

I ordered a Jeep Wrangler through Haasz Automall, and my experience was excelent. Tom Roberts and Andy Huzvar walked me through the process step by step and we're upfront about prices, deals, and inventory of other delerships. It only took 3.5 weeks for my wrangler to arrive after ordering.

Good Experience

We stopped at Haasz Automall for my daughter to look at cars. She is 18, has no credit, but works. Haasz did everything they could to try to get her approved and it worked. She has a higher interest rate but did not have to come up much money down. This opportunity has allowed her to start building her credit and after a year can probably refinance or trade in her car for something else. Jordan Witt was our sales person and was very nice and understood the situation. He didn't try to make my daughter feel bad about not having any credit and got her in the car she wanted.

Waste of time. No communication

Shopped for new jeep. Salesman John Talbot told me I was approved. Was given payment amount and interest rate. .. I asked for all the numbers in writing.. multiple times.. over a week. Never got them. Don't waste your time go somewhere else ( like I did) to someone who will and can service your automotive needs.. owner should oversee management and managers should monitor sales deals better.
