My brother had recently bought a new car here and rated
My brother had recently bought a new car here and rated the services included with buying from FMS, so I did preliminary research on their website for used cars in my range. The salesman, Joey, was helpful and straightforward and finance did a nice job explaining the warranties. From seeing a few cars to test driving to filling out the paperwork, the process was smooth and everyone was helpful. I think we were in for about 4-5 hours. Finance and paper work took about 1 - 1 1/2 hours, which was much faster than how it normally goes I was told by family. I get free oil changes for 2 years and free roadside assistance for 3 years.

Mike Trissel at Fred Martin was such a great help. We arrived to look at one vehicle and discovered it wasn't what we thought it was, and Mike suggested that we look at a different one and it ended up being the perfect fit! Mike took his time to work with us and show us the features on the car and even connect my wife's phone. We offered advise at to where we could get an aftermarket accessory item as well. We appreciate Mike and that he was thoughtful enough to show the other vehicle and take his time with us throughout that entire morning.

My 17yr old daughter bought a used car and we purchased
My 17yr old daughter bought a used car and we purchased the warranty with it. She didn’t have it for 12 hours & the check engine light came on. Took it back to the dealership & they said the power module had gone bad on the vehicle & it would cost $3,000.00 for a new part or we could by a used part for $800.00. The warranty I bought didn’t cover this part. This dealership doesn’t care about the customers they only care about about selling you a car & making money. This is something I would have expected from a car lot on the corner, but not a dealership. I will never buy another vehicle from them or recommend them to anyone.

We're sorry to hear this was your experience, however, the vehicle purchased was purchased As-Is, and the extended warranty does not cover this part. We understand the frustration, but this can happen with an as-is purchase. We thank you for your comments.

Had my car at a different dealership 3x to correct and issue and it was not corrected. Fred Martin diagnosed the problem and had a game plan to fix it within two hours of my car being on site. Will only use Fred Martin for service of our cars going forward.
