Great service, on time, courteous, notified via video of work done, then washed. Mr. .Rawlins came out to the waiting are to notify me the vehicle was done.

It was my first time going to this dealership, the service is great but the waiting is insane, I had to wait for almost 4 hours until they decided to offered me a rental. I hope it was just my luck that day, I’m willing to give it a second chance hopefully next time I don’t have to wait that long for service, other than that the staff is very nice.

Roberto was very helpful & kept me informed of the status of my vehicle throughout the service. He arranged for me to have a loaner vehicle, which was great.

Our sales person was Edwin Lopez. As soon as I initially contacted the dealer online about a pre-owned vehicle I saw on the website, Edwin reached out. His communication was excellent before, during and after the purchase. Highly recommend.

I cannot recommend this dealership based on my experience after the sale. The DMV confirmed Valencia BMW is in possession of my registration documents and plates, yet I’ve been driving on expired temporary tags for over a month. When I call, I get transferred around—sometimes even to people who don’t work there anymore—and no one follows up or takes responsibility. For such a large dealership, this level of service is unacceptable. Buying the car was easy, but once they had my money, getting basic paperwork completed became nearly impossible. If you value responsiveness and accountability, look elsewhere.

I had a great experience working with Mazen at Valencia BMW. He clearly explained all the features of the car and financing/warranty options. The day after I bought it, I discovered a piece of trim that had snapped off prior to the purchase. He asked me to come in and the service department and they are looking into it now. Overall, very happy.
