I arrived shortly before my appointment; was met and greeted and made to feel 'special.' The gentleman who took care of me, Arly, was knowledgeable, thoughtful and prompt. I was made comfortable in the Dealership building with coffee/chocolate drink ...but no doughnuts! Overall, well done.

Jonathan is a role model when it comes to customer service. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the customer is completely satisfied.

I had an exceptional car-buying experience at Valencia BMW. For context, I have a dealership 5 min from my home, but we drove an hour to Valencia and would do it again 10x over! Let's be honest, most of us hate car shopping. It's a necessary event in our lives a few times over and one I, and my husband, typically dread. THIS car purchase could NOT have been smoother, more professionally handled or more of a genuinely pleasant surprise. Truly. I felt like Danny (Sales Manager), Amir (Salesperson), and Zaeed (Finance) were all in our corner from the minute I called and until we pulled away in our brand new BMW. They wanted us to have the car as much as we wanted it! And they were happy to make it happen and be a part of it. Some dealerships have a "move metal" mentality... well, at Valencia BMW, we felt like their goal wasn't just to sell us a car, it was to become our family dealership. And now all I need to do is talk my hubby into needing a BMW for himself so we can do it all again!
