Joseph was awesome - the car however is NOT; less than 4 weeks, already has axel and major mechanical issue. We paid $175,000 for a car that has issues already! UNBELIEVABLE!!!!!!!!!!!

I had been looking for a Mercedes SLK for my wife, across the country for several months. Being that the last ones were made in 2016, the fact that I wanted one with very low mileage in excellent condition, and a good price- I knew it would be a task and take time to find. Finally I found one at Mercedes Of Arcadia, down by Los Angeles, California, which had just come in the market when I found it. I called as soon as i found the listing and spoke with Katrin Bassenger, who ended up being my sales women for the remainder of the sale. We had some difficulty communicating by phone, but once I took a chance and flew there from several states away, Kat was great! The car was a very good deal and the dealership could have sold it out from under me before I got there, but Katrin physically held onto the keys so that would not happen. The day I got there Katrin even told me that she got in an argument with a colleague over giving her the keys, as another local customer was interested in test-driving and likely buying it; but she stood her ground, and also stood by honoring her agreement with me. Katrin was also very nice, and did a great job taking time to explain many of the features of the vehicle before I drove it off the lot that night. All in all, it was a great success and my wife is so happy with the beautiful Mercedes! Thank you Kat for your kindness and warmth, and especially holding the car for me long enough to travel from several states away to come get it! Be blessed!

On 11/06/2024 I visited the Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia, CA dealership. I was curated by Charlotte Fan, the salesperson and a friend. She was very accommodating and helpful in showing me around the showroom, introducing a variety of car models and giving me an overview of each. She explained to me the process and the pros and cons of buying/leasing various models with different options.We then went outside and did some test drives of a couple of cars with narrowed down to (electric SUVs). The whole sales department was very helpful to all my needs, facilitating my ultimate leasing of the vehicle, all the questions/concerns addressed, the whole process being extremely helpful as well streamlined. A very positive experience indeed it was!
