Just bought my 2025 Buick Encore from John Sdono at Lambert Buick. Great experience dealing with a very personable, attentive sales person. No pushing the product - just a honest conversation resulting in a very satisfying easy experience. They also have an outstanding Service department which I have used with my previous Buick. In a nutshell - great place - great customer service = great experience.

What a friendly & family-oriented environment so close to

What a friendly & family-oriented environment so close to home. I only wish I would have discovered them years ago. Best car-buying experience I've had! Will & Gerald did everything they could to earn my business without pressure. I am also confident that Will is available to help with future questions about my purchase. I love my new Buick Envison! Todd Hofer 2 reviews The service department at this dealership has failed to fix my air conditioning 3 times and I have spent a total of$4527.48 over the last 2 months. The general manager never spoke with me directly when I asked to speak with her. They went from not being able to detect/find the freon leak, to it's the high pressure hose. Then it was the evaporator core that needed replaced. I believe they are mis diagnosing the problem and telling me that they are finding "different issues/ leaks" each time. Regardless each time the air conditioner works for a couple of weeks and that is it. I am afraid to take it back to them because they will tell me it's another problem and charge me more. Unacceptable, I have paid you $4500 and I still do not have air conditioning in my truck.

The General Manager is never available and will not

The General Manager is never available and will not return any phone calls. The Service department just passes the buck when you have questions or concerns. Their loaner cars are unacceptable.

My salesmen, John Sdono could not have been more helpful

My salesmen, John Sdono could not have been more helpful or knowledgeable. We got right to business, no screwing around or haggling, he gave me the best price for my Canyon AT4. He showed me all the paperwork and numbers and Lambert's deal was the best. The same came be said and the sales manager Jason, great guy, knowledgeable and friendly. This is my second truck from the dealership, and if I need anything else I'll be back at Lambert.
