We bought our Yukon Denali at Lambert with Franco Casalinova. He was awesome! He had the vehicle we were interested in ready for us to look at and drive. He did his best to get us as much as he could for our trade. We feel we got a great deal in this day and age. And the car is absolutely gorgeous! Everyone we met at the dealership offered us water or soda and asked how we were. I've never been to a dealership where everyone in the showroom spoke to us.

I've dealt with other dealerships in the last 10 years and its wonderful to finally find a dealership that actually practices Real Customer Service. And continues to make sure the customer is completely Satisfied.

If I could give it no stars I would. They took advantage of my 19 year old son and the fact he was buying his first car on his own. Sold him a Subaru wrx without a catalytic converter. Now all his lights are on and has a tune that wasn’t removed. They are saying he did it and are giving him the run around about fixing it. Salesman dave said it was a stock vehicle but he wouldn’t know his a$$ from a hole in the ground, and service guy Brayden is trying to pass the buck to someone else… there’s always someone else with this place.
