Our salesman Kristos and manager Bill covered every detail and price negotiations smoothly and worked in the needed extras to the deal easily. Business manager Richie was very helpful and made the paperwork process easy. The service dept. is very responsive and top notch. And having lunch at their in house Cafe’ is a real bonus! Worse service department anywhere. Attempted to upsell parts that would have cost almost $3000. I went elsewhere and paid $295 for parts and labor to have the heat repaired. Also tried to tell me I have mice inside my car. I drive it everyday with my dog and have never seen any evidence of mice. All done to try to frighten a woman who they believed was dumb enough to buy into their xx. Shame on them!

We have purchased all our vehicles from Marcotte Ford since 1983. I have driven an Explorer since 1994. My purchase of a 2024 Ford Bronco Sport was a very smooth process. I worked with Andrew Tessini who oversaw every aspect of the sale flawlessly. It was a pleasure to work with him. With 200 miles on my Bronco I have been very pleased. It is a smaller vehicle than all my Explorers. However, it is servicing my needs very nicely. I have already received several compliments on its color - Azure grey. The only negative is the reduced leg room in the back seat. However, I guess that has to be expected with the smaller sized vehicle.

Needed to have some extra work done that was unplanned when I stopped in for my oil change. I had appointments scheduled that I didn?t want to change so Marcotte quickly got me a loaner without any hassle. Thanks everyone.
