There for me in a potential emergency . . .

I am so thankful to Jim, the excellent mechanics, and all the staff. I had an unexpected warning light come on as I arrived at work in Springfield. I have a 2014 Explorer and the warning involved my tire pressure. I did not want to leave work at the end of the day and see a flat tire. Jim let me bring my vehicle in right then and my tire pressure was adjusted (and the point services provided as well apparently). I now understand that this may be an ongoing issue as weather temperature fluctuates, but there was no way to know unless the problem was diagnosed properly. As the days get shorter, it was a great source of comfort to have the Explorer checked sooner rather than later. Many thanks to all, (PS: Jim offered a breakfast card, but I was too nervous to eat.)

Normal Great Service & Excellent Staff

Staff as always are great. They know the customers and vehicles and do a thorough job and insuring that the vehicles are always completely serviced. The service is always "top knotch".

Fast, courtesy aervice

Prior to my visit I called to see about alignment , oil change and possible brakes after my new tires were purchased . Rob who took the call ans phone professionally and courtesy . Next day was treated the same, good news didn't need brakes. I recommend Quick Lane to everyone who wants fast courtesy service.

Marcotte Ford = Quality Professionalism

Everything went well, and the service staff was very professional. I give a shout out to Jim as he helped me get my car finished in a timely manner, and kept his cool even knowing I was being a bit pushy to get my car back. The only thing I was slightly discouraged with was, my car was given to a tech. that worked second shift, so it would sit during the day and only get worked on in the evening. Which I had a free loaner so it wasn't a big deal, but I also paid for insurance on the loaner so each day cost me more money. Overall my experience with Marcotte has been awesome from day one when I purchased my 2013 Taurus and I anticipate our third vehicle vehicle to come from Marcotte as well. Keep up the great work everyone!

Great Service!

Your team at Marcotte is amazing and I love my car. Three years ago Bonnie helped me lease my 2013 explorer and Patty helped me with the financing. Today, Patty helped me buy out the lease because I love the car so much! And I can't forget Brian, who has been my go-to service guy for at least the past five years. I will definitely continue to recommend Marcotte to my friends and family and hope you will pass along my compliments to your team.

I highly recommend Marcotte Ford to people. I actually have sent someone there to purchase a Ford Focus. I recently purchased my focus and had excellent service although I am not totally happy with the car. When I called for service two weeks ago, I was spoken to very rudely by the woman in the service department. She was abrupt and didn't seem to care about what I had to say. I sometimes feel as though excuses are made for the issues at hand. Overall, the sales department is great, and the service techs are as well.
