Shot motor at 60,000 miles on a 2013 dodge ram. dealership offered no help. General manager was rude. Warranty expired teo months ago, but well under... the mileage limit.
I recently purchased a preowned ram 1500 from Kory and I am satisfied with the experience. I was able to get a good deal on the vehicle it was a pleasure... dealing with everyone I met with. I’ll update this review a few months later with any additional follow-up.
I was greeted immediately by Amy who introduced me to Jay Keaton. I told him what I wanted and he showed me the exact vehicle I wanted. He got started... right away to see if I could get it and kept me informed of where the process was and guided me through everything. Everyone was very friendly! I was extremely pleased and the transition was smooth. Absolutely best car dealership I have been to.

The only reason I ended up buying a car from this dealer was because it had the exact year, color and options I was looking for. That being said, their... customer service was horrible throughout the entire buying process. The sales person I dealt with was overly pushy and literally could not take no for an answer. After looking elsewhere I decided to return and purchase the Jeep Wrangler I had first come to look at 3 days prior. The price the salesperson and I discussed before was now $900 more expensive and he refused to honor the price from earlier. After over 2 hours of waiting, during which the salesperson needed to make 7 trips back and forth to the sales manager, they gave me the "lowest I can possibly go" price... Which was still more than originally discussed. Fast forward 2 days and I had paid my down payment, signed all paperwork and had proof of insurance. This was completed on a Tuesday and I was scheduled to pick up the Jeep 3 days later on Friday. On Friday I arrived at the dealership and they informed me that they were just about to begin the registration and inspection process... 2 and a half hours later they inform me that the vehicle failed inspection because the battery died and the computer reset and needed to be driven 150miles before it would pass. So, they waited 3 days after having all the necessary paperwork to register and inspect the car, they made me wait over 2 hours and gave me a car with a failed inspection sticker. Needless to say, I will never go back to this dealer for any reason. I will not recommend them to anyone and will caution everyone about their shady practices. Thanks Bertera of Westfield for giving this first time car buyer an awful experience!
I had Austin as my salesman he was very kind. I picked the SUV I wanted and a few days later I was driving it home. I would recommend Austin to anyone... looking for a car

Another fantastic. .stress free experience at bertera of Westfield. Austin was our salesman and was wonderful to deal with. Mark..the general manager was... excellent. We would highly recommend Bertera to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Our sales consultant Jay Keaton gave us the best experience. He was extremely... friendly, understanding and honest. He made us feel comfortable and did not pressure us into anything. He did everything in his power to get us the vehicle we loved. I found Steve Longey to be friendly, courteous, respectful, easy to speak with, he was straight forward with me on buying my car, fair with discussing... pricing of the vehicle, overall I felt comfortable with him and satisfied with how I was dealt with in buying a vehicle from Bertera.
