    I was greeted immediately by Amy who introduced me to Jay Keaton. I told him what I wanted and he showed me the exact vehicle I wanted. He got started right away to see if I could get it and kept me informed of where the process was and guided me through everything. Everyone was very friendly! I was extremely pleased and the transition was smooth. Absolutely best car dealership I have been to.

    My husband and I bought a new Dodge Durango in October of 2016. Our salesman Austin Lyne was awesome. We decided that it was time for a new truck in march 2017, so we made an appointment with Austin, and again he was awesome.. Thanks to Austin and Jay we drove out of Berteras with a new 2017 Dodge Ram Quad cab. Austin is a wonderful salesman who treated us more like friends than customers, his knowledge, professionalism and great personality along with his determination was greatly appreciated. As for Jay his hard work and determination got us into the truck we wanted. Thank you both for another awesome car buying experience. We will never buy anywhere else but Bertera Dodge in Westfield . Thanks guys Kathy & Jim Shaper

    We felt welcome, did not feel pushed. They took the time to listen to what we needed, what we were looking for in a vehicle. And made our car shopping enjoyable. And easy. They bent over backwards to make us happy. We would tell family and friends, for a no hassle stress free car buying experience. Bettera, Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram, of Westfield. Makes you feel like family.

    # 1-moved to Southwick MA. 3 years ago, First year we were shopping at Walmart next door to Bertera Jeep in Westfield MA., I stoped in to see if they could cut me two keys, one for me, one for my wife,to keep on our person, if we locked our keyless keys inside. they cut the 2 keys, I asked how much I owed them, 'The parts managers said, " No Charge " I grew up in a small New England town in Connecticut, My grandparents always said to be true to the people who do you fine, so when I needed a used SUV, their was no guesting in my mind that this is where I was going. # 2-Location-- 5.2 miles from Southwick MA. # 3- All 5 employees that I worked with,---A1 Ok!!     I want to thank Bertera Dodge of Westfield, and Austin Lyne for my great experience. He made it very easy for me to get into my new Jeep Grand cherokee. There was no waiting around. Austin made it very easy. He had me in and out of there in under 3 hours! I even got to drive home in my new car that day! Thank you again, I would highly suggest going to Bertera and ask for Austin if you want a fantastic experience.

    I worked with Austin and Jay! They both were amazing. I owed more than what my car was worth and I wasn't sure if I was able to afford the payments but Jay worked hard and I ended up getting a lower interest rate and a brand new Chrysler 300. I've never had a new car and they really made the experience memorable. I'm looking forward to working with them again .

    I went to Bertera because I was looking for a Grand Cherokee for my wife. Based on an internet search they had several that I was interested in. I must say, Bertera's internet site is the easiest to use. Having the window sticker available for view makes it so easy to shop. My wife and I went there one day to shop and test drive. John Bogacz was very helpful and easy to talk to. I went back the next day with my trade-in and worked out a deal. I did have problems getting the vehicle registered. Even though I provided the phone number of my insurance agent, the dealership contacted a different office for the registration. My insurance agent made numerous calls to the dealership that were not returned. I ended up having to call the dealership myself several times. I picked up the vehicle the day it was promised, all cleaned up and with the inspection sticker, but not without some needless anxiety.

    Purchased our Wrangler on a rainy night only to find out the next morning there was serious leaks from the factory. Should have requested another vehicle... Brought it in FIVE times before it was fixed correctly. Five times over months of waiting for enough rain to test the last fix. Water intrusion each time. Us without our vehicle for 5-8 hours each repair. Found out even tho we had a first in the morning appointment, at least one time it wasn't taken back until after 12pm. Wasting my time. Think Bertera offered us anything for our trouble? Nope. And thats how our 'relationship' with this dealership started. We bought a oil change package deal. Wendy and Mike got info from corporate so I could upgrade the dealership blend oil up to full synthetic. Consisted of 6 oil and filter changed, tire rotation, etc. Found out down the line they had been using blend the whole time, that they only recently even carried full synthetic in house. So I paid extra for nothing. I will say, the day I found out, I had a minor meltdown with the service folks and Mr Perez offered 2 extra oil changes using full synthetic, which I took. But doesn't make up for the fact I paid for and expected full synthetic for my money. I'd also like to point out, they can't keep help. This isn't a pizza shop hiring teenagers. In my 2.5 years of experience with this company, they have been through at least 4 service desk people, which says something. In fact, none of the names listed on this site work there any longer, I just clicked all the ones I'd dealt with. Lastly, I wrote a Yelp review and was contacted by one of the actual owners. I responded back to him and he never contacted me again. An owner... Stay away from this place, save yourself the headache. Read REAL reviews about them. Not that happy, "just bought a new car from them and i'm happy as a pig in mud" review. Its a new toy, of course they are happy. Now let them deal with the crap behind the curtain. I had no issues with the sales team. I will say the best part of this dealership are the two older gentleman who drive their shuttles. I got to know them fairly well...
