Balise Lexus

I have been a Lexus purchaser and service customer since 2013. My experience tells me that each and every employee, whether in sales or service, carefully listens to the customer and honestly responds to all questions. I have not for a second ever felt that the folks at Balise were trying to take advantage of me. They have built a level of trust with me that allows me to recommend this dealer to my friends without any hesitation.

Chris Hagen in service is the nicest guy. Professional, courteous and very thorough in discussing what may or may not need to be done to your vehicle. He’s very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I brought my new 2022 Lexus in for some education regarding the technology JimmyHidalgo was extremely helpful and taught me so much ( a lot to learn). Jimmy is a fine young man and so very pleasant. I had to leave my car at dealership for 2 weeks. I bought out. My lease and had to wait for new registration. It turned out the registration was exactly like my past registration that I renewed the end of July. Also, my car was very dirty on outside. I thought at least they could wash it for me since I purchased the car ! Not happy !
