Balise Lexus

Hannah and John were terrific today as always All thumbs up for Balise Service Department for a great job.

We worked with Tom Ryan and he was outstanding. Springfield MA. He stayed in touch with us through our journey of buying a car until we found the exact model we wanted in the correct price range. He is thorough, pays attention to detail, fantastic memory and all around salesman.

Once again I am so impressed. Hannah and Kayla are very professional and a pleasure to work with. There are no surprises with service work. We had fun driving a loaner car that was bigger than anything we need but very luxurious and impressive. We received a video that supplied a detailed description of the checkup and the status of all key points - right down to the tread in the tires. I have had the misfortune of working with Lexus dealers in Westport, CT and Great Neck, NY and they were awful. A rating of #2 and #1 is generous. I am grateful to be able to work with Belise.

Service was a big disappointment. Car was not done on time, have to leave it there over weekend. When I went to pick up it on Monday, it was not washed , or vacuumed . It was dirty with bird excrements on the exterior. At the checking out I was just required to pay my $680.00 fee , no explanations what was done and what was general condition of my car. I would reconsider my service relationship with this dealership for the future.

Balise Lexus is a premier dealership. The service is excellent and their staff is exceptional. We’ve worked with Joe Renzulli through 3 RX350s and we’re treated like family. We drive in (or a courteous, neat staff member picks up the car if we need ) and everything is taken care of. If you’re waiting, the lounge is as comfortable as home. It’s so good to know that you can have complete faith that your car and you are being treated honestly. The video clearly shows you what was checked and the accurate assessment of your car’s condition.

Our experience with Lexus has always been comfortable and relatively easy when purchasing a vehicle. We have purchased many new Lexus and keep returning to what feels like family to us. All the employees are amazing at what they do and always there for us with any questions.

Service is consistently great. My service manager Joe Renzulli is a major reason for my dealership loyalty. Keeps my car in top shape as he has for the several Lexus I have had for over a couple of decades
