My husband and I did indeed schedule to purchase a vehicle from you but when the woman I was speaking to, and going over the paperwork with began yell... at me with a raised voice it all fell apart. I was asking her several questions. She kept calling me sweetie and honey and dear which i felt was a bit inappropriate. I am not a little child. Nevertheless I overlooked it and wanted to go over paperwork .She wanted me to pick an extended warranty. I was not interested, She kept pushing the subject. I finally told her she could price them out for me and give me all the information on them But I likely would not pick one, I feel they are generally overpriced. I questioned her about an insurance paper.She answered my question I told her we would make sure the vehicle was insured before we drove away with it and moved onto the next paper in the stack. She kept pressing the issue with me two more times both times I told her yes, we would make sure the vehicle was insured and I wanted to move on. She kept thrusting the page at me and telling me the same thing again. I said she was like a broken record I had already answered her yes. She raised her voice, yelling at me that I was very rude. She stood from her chair continuing to yell at me. I backed away, I gathered my things I walked out. She hastened around me to run to a man claiming to be the manager and told him her story. He then challenged me instead of trying to ease the tension. I told him she raised her voice with me, he said" I doubt that" and told her to not allow the sale to go through. I tried to explain that I was indeed yelled at by her. My son approached me as your two employees were arguing with me and pointed out that the "manager" just cut me off and did not listen to me. which they were accusing me of doing and the manager lost his temper. He began to raise his voice and demand we leave. He ripped my check which I believe your dealership already cleared from my bank and thrust it back at me and said I was trespassing. When I asked to speak top Carlos our awesome sales man. he said no we could speak to no one and we were to get out. That is when I finally lost my temper and swore at him as I was leaving. You just lost a nearly $30,000 sale because your employees do not understand the most basic principal of commerce. The customer is always right. I will continue to write poor reviews and pursue this. If my check did indeed already clear the bank then you will also have a lawsuit on your hands. Your "manager" who threatened to call the police on me and demanded I leave is John Lewis. John, You have one heck of a problem to address at your dealership. How are you ever going to sell cars if this is how you treat customers?

They swap my center console with another taking away all of my connectivity group Now they don’t want to replace it because I filed a police report... on them!

I've used Bertera for both repairs and car purchases, as well as regular servicing and have nothing but accolades to heap upon the management, employees... and facility. No pressure car sales and the salesmen are extremely helpful and dedicated to making the customer's buying experience painless and satisfying. Chris D and Justin made sure of that in my case. I bought a used Ford F-150 last march. I changed the oil and realized the insides of my front tires were balding. When I went to get them done, I was showed... from RUCKIS in Holyoke, they showed me I had both my front springs were broken all the way through. I was sold a vehicle with broken springs from them. Cost me over $500 in parts for a vehicle I bought less than a year before.

very nice buying experience. Connor Williams put us at ease with the truck buying procedure, even though he is fairly "new" at his profession.... this young man shows interest in the customer, is polite, and obtains the information in a manner which made my husband and I feel very good about buying our truck from this dealership. He is a 5 star employee.

I don’t know how this dealership stays in business and how they sell or lease any vehicles! I received an attractive quote from this dealership online.... I have followed up numerous times by phone, email and text and I have yet to speak with anyone or hear back from anyone with the answer to two simple questions. “Is the vehicle you quoted me online still available and is the price still valid?” I am desperately trying to buy a vehicle from them, and they just don’t seem to be able to get out of their own way!

I purchased a vehicle from the Dealership in West Springfield. When i asked for a carfax they assured me the car was fine. I found out through another... dealership that the car has been in 4 accidents. And one was damage to the frame of the vehicle. I went to the dealership and confronted them and told me they need to fix the damage. They blamed me for not be a responsible consumer even after i asked if it had been in any accidents. I will never do busniess with them again.
