Perfect fit

I had very specific needs that Keith went out of his way to meet. I wanted a manual transmission with winter package. He looked far and wide and found just what I wanted. I love my new Subaru Forester.

Keith Goldsmith/Bertera Subaru

I had a very positive experience at Bertera in West Springfield. I worked with Keith Goldsmith to buy a new Legacy. I knew exactly what I wanted and Keith pretty much got it for me. I know I was very demanding but he was very patient and always pleasant. He is extremely knowledgeable and spent almost two hours showing me the features on my new car. He even delivered the car to my home. I enjoyed working with him and would do so again.

Amazing

Tyler was an amazing salesman! Very helpful and friendly. Would recommend berteara Subaru to anyone! I purchased a Toyota rav 4, and he was very knowledgable. Answered all my questions easily! Picked my car up that day, and it was amazingly clean and I love it.

New car purchase, May 2014

Contacted the dealership via email and was assigned to Keith Goldsmith. Great salesman! He was attentive and listened to what I wanted in a new car. Very patient and laid back. I never felt like I was getting a high pressure sales pitch to get me to buy on the spot. I've bought new cars before but never experienced the ease with which the deal was made. Keith made me a good offer up front based on numbers from KBB.com. I asked for a few extra bucks off and deal done. No haggling back and forth. Keith knew quite a bit about the car I was interested in; I asked a lot of questions about all the options. He had answers immediately. I would certainly recommend anyone looking to buy a Subaru ask for Keith. I cannot give an opinion on the dealership's service department since I have not brought the car in for its first service yet. However, what I saw of the front office and service area/customer waiting room didn't ring any alarm bells. The place looked clean and organized. In short, Keith made the purchase about as pleasurable experience as one could expect.

Fantastic !!!!!

Never have I engaged in a car buying experience that was so easy and hassle-free. Holly Haile was extremely pleasant, professional and accommodating to my needs. She was the ONLY Subaru salesperson in the region that didn't give me a hard time about conducting almost every aspect of buying a car over the phone. No games, no lies, just the facts. Rich was a great help too. I tell ya...if it wasn't for the excellent service provided at Bertera Subaru I would have never bought my brand new Forester on my own. I would have had someone else do it for me or I wouldn't have bought one at all. Thank you Holly for doing what the other guys didn't - you listened to me, returned my phone calls and followed through. I will definitely be buying from Bertera Subaru in West Springfield again and have already recommended friends and family to them as well!! Sincerely, Christopher Walters

Purchase of a vehicle in May, 2014

If you're like most people you dread the car buying experience. However, if you've been putting off purchasing a car for that reason then your wait is over. I just had the most amazing sales, finance, and service experience at Bertera Suburu in West Springfield, MA. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to purchase a vehicle. I purchased my vehicle from Bertera and I could not have had a better experience. The staff was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to insure that my process was pleasurable and easy. Thanks to Rich, Nicole, Tom, and Carlos! The team at Bertera is top notch! Do yourself a favor and buy your next car there!

This was an Excellent Experience!

From the moment my husband and I walked into Bertera until the time we left, we were treated fantastic. We have purchased cars from five different dealerships over the last 30 years and this was by far the most pleasant group of people we have ever dealt with. Dan was more than helpful and he went the extra mile to really help us and have the car all set for pick up. He explained everything in detail. Tom was also great to work with regarding the finances. We can't say enough. Even the salesmen that we did not work with were friendly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car! Thank you Bertera!

Great Experience!

First of all we went to Bertera because two other friends had such a positive experience with them. This is the second time I've purchased a Subaru. I knew I wanted another when we went car shopping in my 11 year old Forester with 208,000 miles. I wanted an Outback this time because it has a bit more leg room in the back seat. My husband wanted me to test drive a Legacy. Keith was very patient and knowledgeable about both cars. We test drove both cars and ultimately decided on the Outback. I had a specific color and interior I wanted. They didn't have it on the lot but Keith located the specific model I requested in short time. I feel that I received a good price for my trade in, had a great experience with Keith Goldsmith and Tom, the Finance Manager. I would highly recommend Bertera in West Springfield to anyone who is Subaru shopping and wants to get facts, no pressure, and a great car!

The First time buying a Subaru we heard many good things about the Legacy .Greeted by Keith at dealership was very honest and able to answer all our questions . After a test drive we knew the car was for us.. Thanks again for all the coffee and looking forward to dealing with Bettera and the Service Dept. for all our needs

A great experience all around.

When you first show up at a car dealership you expect to be bombarded with sales people and to be pushed into buying a car. This however was not the case with Keith Goldsmith. He was as no pressure as they come. He wanted to know what i wanted, and didn't try to cram some car they had in stock down my throat. I informed him that I was looking to buy a 2014 XV Crosstrek in dark gray, and from then on he made sure i got the car that i wanted. After the car was located, he kept me well informed on when the car would be there and on all other information that i needed. Even after all the paperwork was done and i was driving the car away, he would call just to check on on how things were going. This was hands down the best new car buying experience I've ever had.
