Poor communication skills.
Poor communication skills. They are far away of their schedule. I was scheduled for 4:30. I was in at 4:10, did formalities, received a text from the staff in charge. It was the only text I received till 6:30 pm. At 6:20, I started worrying and asking for my car. No one knew the status of my car. The gentleman I was talking to went to the back, talked to the mechanic, came back to the common area, avoiding me. At that time, I observed through the glass door, my car being finally put on the oil change deck. 8 min later, I saw them lowering the deck with my car on it. Oil change was already done in 8 minutes. They drove my car out of the oil change station to hand it to me. It took me 2 Hours 17 minutes for an oil change that lasted 5 minutes: this is a problem! The second problem, is it technically OK to do an oil change in 5 minutes? I just think this place is not a good place to go. Sorry for having been so long. I just needed to vent. Last year, I almost lost my engine after an oil change at this same place. They did not put correctly the plug after oil change and I lost all the engine oil on Route 90, driving with an oil empty engine.

Communications has been terrible. I have left 3 phone message over the last week. They did not return my call. I just needed a few moments of there time to clarify an issue. The issue remains unresolved.
