While waiting for service to be completed on my gas
While waiting for service to be completed on my gas powered Equinox, I visited the showroom to get some details about an EV Equinox. I had no intension of buying a new vehicle that day. Monica did a great job making a FUTURE sale. The hard sell, before I could leave and get my service completed vehicle, was not too comfortable. A little less pressure would be nice. I will buy my next new Chevy from Monica....just not today!

As always,,had a good service experience. Although was told they were short handed,truck was serviced in a quick timeframe. Believe total time was apx 40min. Any recommended service was explained to me.

Customer service
They were friendly and went beyond expectations. Before they provided information about the repair they looked at my warranty coverage to see if it was covered and informed me if a better coverage if I chose and how it would effect it. They then explained the price and their recommendations. I loved the fact they were not pushy, but appeared to have my best interest at heart. I was extremely impressed. They also informed me for the amount of money I spent they went already and spent $30 for another part I needed based on my interaction with them in getting my car done and completed. That part I really like as I felt as though they really paid attention to who I was as a person regarding my vehicle. Amazing customer service! I wish it were like this every where. They also made you feel as though you were their only customer which is far from the truth.

STAY AWAY!
Bought vehicle at night, asked if we found any deficiencies in the daylight that they be taken care of. Found some scratches and rubbed bumper plastic material and pointed it about it and were told this is an 'as is' vehicle. asked why that was displayed on the sticker or not on any paperwork. Enter sales manager Steve Kowalczyk who was arrogant, condescending and dismissive. He was uninterested in helping and reiterated this is an ' as is' vehicle and went on to say "well I have to make money too". Which illustrates his arrogance when you have a non negotiable pricing policy. He even appeared as though he was becoming combative at which point I said to my my wife 'let's go he is a fighter and we're not going to get anywhere' with him. Also asked to put a down payment, was told nobody else had put a down payment the salesperson said yes, Kowalczyk said no 'we have 2 people who wanted this vehicle. Even contacted the salesperson twice after the sale and got no response. Long story short because of the way we were treated I don't see us coming back to any Balise dealership.
