    Bedard Bros. is the only place in the Berkshire's to go when you want to buy a car. From the time you walk in the door until the time you leave you are... treated as family. They go above and beyond to make sure all your questions and concerns are answered so that you leave with exactly what you want at a price that fits your budget. My husband and I have purchased our last thirteen vehicles from Bedard Bros. After our first purchase there we have never thought about shopping anywhere else. Kathy Burgess has been our "Honda Lady" for our last eight vehicles and we can't say enough about her. She has a welcoming smile, a vast range of knowledge on all Honda makes and models, and she takes pride in her job and really cares about her customers. Kathy even follows up with you after the sale is over, by checking in to make sure everything is going well with your vehicle, and by remembering birthdays, anniversaries and holidays. If you want to find the perfect vehicle and you want top notch customer service from a family oriented dealer take the drive to Bedard Brothers and ask for Kathy Burgess you won't be disappointed.

    My experience was great. Everyone I worked with was very helpful, and the process was easy and quick. The salesman I worked with spent a great deal of... time showing me the features of the car and allowing me to ask as many questions as I needed to.     Great selection of cars- both new and used. Friendly, helpful people. Felt like family and was very well cared for. Brought in quotes from other dealers... and bedards beat their prices. Had such a pleasant buying experience using this family owned dealership. I will never go anywhere else now.

    I knew what I wanted when I bought a new Chevy so it was a simple transaction. I got what I wanted. When I asked a salesman for the state and national... rebate when I was looking at Volts, he had no idea and told me to look it up on line. Meanwhile, the customer service given to my wife by the service department has made it so that I will NEVER go back. Lots of people standing around ignoring customers. A tire job failed and psi went from 33 to 17 in a week. The service guy even said, "Why are you so concerned with this?" There slogan shows how little they try- the best in the Berkshires... The brands they have make them the ONLY in the Berkshires.

    Brought my car in for service and I had a great experience with Jarod Gurney as my service advisor. He was fantastic, extremely knowledgeable ... yet honest.... If your bringing your car for service be sure to ask for Jarod, he made the whole process seamless and easy. Great job Jarod!! Dwight also worked on my car as the technician and was great, extremely knowledgeable and professional. 10/10 will come again

    I lost my job of 15 years in September. I have diabetes and had to be hospitalized in January. I had 2017 Cruze I purchased from Bedard my third vehicle... by the way with a low credit score. While in the hospital I fell behind on bills. Valentine’s Day after getting home from the hospital I awoke to my car repossessed. Needing a car I got together some money for a deposit and starting looking for a used car. My income is social security and small pension. Everyone advertises help with financing despite your credit score. Bedard included. I contacted my former salesman. He did a check on my scores and other than a quick no way Jose note. Pretty much wrote me off. I made a visit to the dealership and spoke to Justin. He said he possibly could get me financed but with a high rate. I tried to get my own financing through a credit union and was turned down. I contacted Justin who ignored me. Meantime I was able find a vehicle I could afford and will receive shortly. My first encounter with Bedard was entirely different than what seems to be the norm now. Very Very Very Disappointing experience. Go somewhere else!!!!!

    Hello Steve, how are you, hope all is well? Well thank you for the offer, but I am not confident with anyone from Bedard Brothers servicing my car. ... As soon as the initial smell of the terrible cleaning job wore off, All I could smell was remnants of Cigarette Smoke. When I turned the heat on Pet Hair was blowing out from underneath the seats. My dog has a fear of cars and has not been in my car!! The seats are stained and were not shampooed and by the time I finely received my floor mats the carpet was a mess. I do not mind cleaning the inside and outside of my car what so ever, but this car needs to be cleaned well so I can keep it that way. This is not your fault and please do not take in personally. I am truly disappointed in Bedard’s Detailing Crew Thanks Karen Ryan
