The staff was very friendly and very personable. They had my vehicle in and out in less time than quoted and cheaper also!! Highly recommend!! Samantha Rotti was also very helpful in explaining my service and checking on my vehicle for me!

They fit me in without an appointment the day of a cross country road trip departure and fully serviced my duramax light was on for emissions and had me back on the rd by lunch would highly recommend this dealer and all there amazing employeess to assist with all your vehicle needs !

Went in today for a routine alignment. Appointment was at 11:AM. I arrived early and the took me right in. I asked for a printout of before and after alignment readings. They got me down in just under an hour and a half. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Everyone there is friendly and accommodating. I’ve been doing business with Colonial West Chevrolet for 25 years. I recommend to all my friends that this is the best place to do business. The service department is always top notch. That’s why I keep coming back.

Great group of people. My truck broke down while I was on vacation and they were about ti get me into service quickly and git parts and did the repair in a timely manner. Would like ti thank service manager Chris for making it happen.
