Thank you so much for helping me, my dad, my mom with the purchase of the 2014 Chevy Silverado. You guys really helped figure everything out between visiting time, making arrangements for my dad who works nights, figuring out financing and pickup times. We were in need of a full size SUV and have always purchased our vehicles from Paul Smith at Colonial West Chevrolet (this will be #6 ) We contacted Paul by e mail and let him know we were interested in a new Tahoe. Paul responded by emailing us the equipment list and a price quote on the exact Tahoe we were interested in. Paul arranged for the new registration and inspection to be done and to also have us sit with the very knowledgeable Terry to go over all the technical aspects of this vehicle. My very old box Van was on its last legs and I was told to go see Paul Smith at Colonial West Chevrolet. I told Paul what I needed in a new box Van and he sat with me for hours building one on order work bench to my specifications. We agreed on price and I placed the order . My new Chevy Express with a tool pro box was delivered to me at my home a few days ago. Absolutely fantastic service from Paul and a great deal from Colonial West.

I was referred to Colonial West and to Terry by our neighbor who had bought his last 2 trucks from Terry. I had a fairly new Equinox that I wasn't happy with because of the blind spots. We went to see Terry on a Saturday, after a few moments we knew exactly why our neighbor spoke so highly of Terry. It was obvious that Terry is in a lot of pain when he walks, he took the time to walk with us to show us the Colorado that he said would be perfect for what we were looking for. He took the time to show us all the features on the truck before he let us take it for a ride. When we returned he came out and helped us find a place to park. We went inside and set at his desk he asked us what our next step was, we told him that we needed some initial figures, he excused himself and came back in a few minutes with what we needed. We told him that we were going to discuss it and that we would be in touch. We ended up going forward W/ the purchase mainly because Terry was so accommodating and the deal was too good to pass up.

In the door on Saturday...First drive to work in my 2018 Equinox this morning (Tuesday)! Customer Service with Tommie Fountain was above and beyond fabulous! He was patient with all my questions, and had great knowledge of the new Equinox. He sat with me in the car and reviewed all the new bells and whistles it possesses. Kudos as well to Carlos Silvera from Finance for going over the $$$ breakdown thoroughly to put me at ease with understanding the financing .
