Kevin is a proud resident of Charlestown. A Boston local since the late 80’s. Kevin bought his first BMW in 1985 while living in New Orleans working as a commercial diver in the offshore oil field. What drew Kevin to the automotive industry was his passion for the product and people. After 25 years, Kevin has realized that it’s not just the bricks and mortar or the brand, its building lifelong relationships and helping people help themselves in the nicest way possible. One of your sales reps is going around putting Herb

One of your sales reps is going around putting Herb Chambers stickers on vehicles with temp plates and if I catch them touch my car again I'm pressing charges.

It happened Tuesday either at Home Depot in Nashua NH or The Crown Plaza parking lots around lunch time. I could probably get camera footage but my time is too valuable. There was no damage done to my vehicle but this is completely wrong and a very poor sales practice. Myself and my family and friends are unimpressed. Please coach your staff accordingly. Thank you.

Kevin is by far the best salesman that I have dealt with.

Kevin is by far the best salesman that I have dealt with. He was professional and personable at the same time. We first met Kevin in January, on a just looking visit, while other friends were buying a Mini upstairs. He took the time with us even though knowing that we live 50 miles away and explained things to us that other dealerships never have. When it came time to purchase a car, we thought of Kevin and he didn’t disappoint. He worked very hard to secure an allocation, place the order, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. When it came time to pick up the car, he had everything in order, it was very seamless.
