I want.

I want. to share something important to me. Even when it seems like kindness is hard to find. I see it often in the people I work with at Herb Chambers. I've had my car for years, and there have been many times when repairs felt tough and expensive. During those times, I always had faith that situations would somehow work out, and they did. Mohammed, Karill, Jared, Samik, Ryan, and Matt have all shown me, time and time again, that compassion and genuine care are still out there. In that rough moment, Mohammed asked me if I believed in God. His question surprised me and meant a great deal. It reminded me that there are good people who truly care about others, and I'll never forget how much that meant to me.

I have used the service department 5 times for MAJOR and

I have used the service department 5 times for MAJOR and minor service. They are fast, professional, and HONEST. I have never felt slammed into "other" service needs, and had their service people automatically search for coupons, discounts, etc. They explain everything my 320 needs, and get me in and out on time. I bought my 2018 320 their in 2021 and will buy my next car there. I live 40 miles away in Plymouth, and I DRIVE BY 2 existing BMW dealerships who had proved hopeless. WOrth the trip.

Service was excellent.

Service was excellent. Mark Ravin, the service advisor was even more so. My mini cooper came back in way better shape than when I brought it in, thanks to Mark’s advice.
