Excellent experience

Mike Mangrum was terrific to deal with and extremely helpful. I really appreciate all of his help and knowledge!!! From the first email from Sasha to driving away, it was a very positive and excellent experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone!!

From the first email I got after I inquired about the vehicle I was interested in to the pick up of the vehicle after the sale everyone I came in contact with was great to work with. My Herb Chambers Experience

Mike M easy to talk with, he was very helpful and did not apply any sales pressure. After having a bad experience at another Ford dealer this was a very welcome experience.

New F150

The dealership kept contacting me about getting into a new vehicle. I decided to come in before Christmas, and they didn't disappoint! Pulled me out of my 2015 Edge 9 months early, to put me into a loaded 2018 F150 Lariat. They made it worth my while, to say the least! Love the truck!

Pleasant, no pressure and great to work with

When we were looking for our Ford Explorer, we did our homework and knew what we were looking for and what we wanted to spend. The team at this dealership worked with us and made us feel like true "customers". From the greeting at the door, to working with Marie as our rep, to Kevin doing our appraisal and with help of Miguel, we were very happy with the way they made us feel. The entire process was quick and stress-free. Marie was very pleasant, showed us all the features of the vehicle, and was very accommodating to our schedules with pickup. Both Marie and Miguel worked hard to get a deal we were both happy with and made us feel like valued customers. We would definitely recommend them to our friends and family.

Paul made our car buying experience excellent.

Paul took the anxiety out of our shopping/buying experience. He was down to earth, not pushy or over bearing. Met us at the door, was very cordial. Assisted us in our buying choice. Amazing dealership experience

GM Don McEwen made buying a Van for my RE company a breeze. He and salesman Paul Scannell got me the van I needed at an amazing price. The buying experience was both transparent and stress free. They don't waste your time and are very efficient. They handled all the financing in house and I was able to drive away that day within an hour. I highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford in Westboro. Go see Don and you will be glad you did!!

Everything was done to perfection.

Airbag recall, oil and filter change, tire rotation and balance, 4 wheel alignment to correct drifting to the left, exterior detail. My black 2014 Mustang convertible looks and drives like new.
