Works Package and Shocks Inspection
People at Service center were talking amongst themselves and could be more aware of customers entering and standing in line. The keys to my car were supposedly "lost" after I had given them over to the Service Desk. Person doubted that I had done that, but I was proven correct in the end. Since I have been a loyal customer since 2002, I was wondering if the service center was thinking about a nominal reward program for loyalty and/or offering some preferential service timing slots.

Fast & Efficient
I asked for an afternoon turnaround of my vehicle when I scheduled the service for Noon. When I arrived, I reported that my radio antenna was cracked in multiple spots, which I had not noticed when I made the appointment. The had the part in stock. My oil change, inspection sticker and new antenna was completed in only 3 hours. They called me on my cell phone, as requested, when it was ready. Great Job!

Michael DiMella and Marek Krysiak made our car shopping experience at Herb Chambers of Westboro a pleasure. They didn't have a Ford Edge without a sunroof, so Michael did a search, found one in CT. Marek drove a car to be swapped at the CT dealership in a very bad rain storm the next day, picked it up and we bought it the following day.

Disappointment turned into great satisfaction
We went to Herb Chambers Ford Westborough to look at a truck that we had gotten an e-price for only to find out that the information about the truck online was wrong. Upon finding out the sad news, we expected to leave without buying a truck. Paul Scannell inmediately asked us what we were looking for in a truck and was able to find one in the price range we wanted. He was very helpful, pleasant, and great to work with throughout, our purchase.
