Purchased a used 2017 Ford Fusion for my daughter at the Westborough Ford Store. The salesperson MARIE HAMILTON was a pleasure to work with. She helped immensely with the selection and purchase process. The rest of the individuals in the various departments were also very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Herb Chambers Ford in Westborough. MARIE HAMILTON is a gem !!!!!

Always exceptional service

Excellent dealership. This is my third Ford vehicle and all have been from Westborough. Staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to the customers. Keep up the good work!

Friendly, REAL customer service

Got a great car! Marie was excellent and very patient with me when making my decision. Didn't push it on me and got the car prepared in a timely manner. Highly recommend buying from this dealership!

Awesome in every way

The Customer Service provided by the folks at Herb Chambers Ford is fantastic. Without exception, everyone is friendly, courteous, very helpful, and truly cares about my vehicle. I am very happy with my interactions with all of people in Service, Sales, and the business in general. I really can’t think of anything I would suggest you change. I want to send special kudos and thanks out to your Service Manager, Keli Morin. She does an awesome job.

Well taken care of.

My wife took my car in for service. She made it a point to let me know how well she was treated and how great the service was that she received. That means a great deal to me. Plus, we always receive excellent service from the HC Service Team. Keep the value good and we will keep returning. I am a Ford loyalist and hope to stay that way!

above and beyond. service !!100% Happy

well let me say this i was looking for a new car maybe 5 weeks Very pushy sales associates. in 90 % off where i went not very easy to make a deal neither could get a free Minute to even look around plus the fact that the price would say our price 18,555 and when i say ok next thing you know i am over 20k ? I had a very good salesman. he even worked with me over the phone on his day off went to Bat for me 3 times helping me get the Car we wanted at the price we WANTED! Saved me close to 3k The only sales Rep to go over features with me During the test drive No pressure very knowledgeable Sales man took his time with my wife and I i cant say how the other sales rep's our but if there half as good as Paul Scannell you will have a great vehicle Buying experience I hope you see this Paul keep the good work up and see you next year for that SHO The wife and I love the car i hope this helps other At least give this dealership a try. Helpful in a timely manor and accommodating

I brought my car in for an oil change and had them check also on a shuddering I was feeling with the brakes. In less time than was stated my they told me they could fix the brakes that day and provide a rental for me to use. I really appreciated that because my son had an appointment I could not miss. I was able to return the rental a few hours later and pick up my car. Michael also was able to apply for the brake rebate for me. Thank you so much!

OUTSTANDING Service

I can't even begin to describe the gratitude for the people who work here. I was in a tight situation and they went out of their way to help me with everything I needed quickly and HONESTLY. I ended up with a beautiful car for a unbeatable price, and friends in the end with great connections that will always last a lifetime and I know I will always be able to return and get the best service around. Mike Magnum (sales) you were the best salesman I've come across in a while. He went above and beyond, along with Mike Dimella and Beth White. Their honestly, dedication and comfort hat was provided to me made the experience just so great. Thank you guys so much for everything you did I couldn't happier and more at peace than you all made possible.

Tough problem solved the first time

I had already scheduled regular service, but prior to dropping off the car, noticed a very peculiar noise that was low frequency but difficult to determine where it was coming from. It was worrisome and I mentioned it at time of check in. The mechanic during road testing noted the noise and on trouble shooting located and fixed it. Took extra time but worth every minute to get it corrected and it turned our to be a wheel bearing so catching it early saved later real problems. Great job!!
