Service employees charged me more for wipers even though they were on sale. Waited a long time before a service rep came to speak to me when I pulled in. I was just ignored. Will not be coming back. Id rather drive to Auburn Toyota which is much further from me then return here.

Quick availability for a service appointment. Not able to identify the issue with brakes. With a lot of luck leaking brake fluid was discovered. It seems that excessive number of parts was replaced due to the leaking fluid.

Very professional and explains well condition of the car and gives great assessments and recommendations. Jody is one of the reasons that my experience at Westborough Toyota is always so amazing. Keep up the great work!
