I bought a used car and there were problems with the breaks on the very first day I took it home and it was a very upsetting and frustrating process to get Westboro’s attention to the matter.

Helpful to a point but then stop helping and start bullying. They make promises and then don’t come thru.

It ok because they are doing their jobs that is convincing people to buy car even the car is not a good one.

I especially like the service manager at Westboro Toyota because he knows his job and he takes time to listen to customers and he also tries the best he can to work things out.

Anthony was exceptional great and went above and beyond. His customer service was extremely good. He took care of us and made sure we were satisfied and got what we needed.

We just did not like the pressure to buy the extra coverage packages with the financial representative. We love our new car. Max was wonderful but we think the pressure for extra coverage was a negative experience.
