EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED the whole deal was held totally unprofessional on their and. Igor showed me a deal the first day I went there I accepted Ididn't even try to bargain, it took a couple of days to get me approved, once I finally got approved on Thursday, I went there to sign the deal asap but I arrived 20 minutes before the store closes, Thats when I met Luiz i don't know hes last name. He was rushing for me to sign the papers, he did mentioned that that the vehicle came with remote stater, a " factory warranty; up to 100k miles. When the bank called me to review the financial, I came to find out the my loan was $6,000.00 above the deal I was offered, there was i charge for the remote starter and the so called "factory warranty" which That gentleman Luiz never mentioned anything abou any extra cost. I felt extremely bad, i felt used, robed Because he rushed to sign the paper And snook the to extra contacts I know I should have read what i was singing, but the lack of time, and the deceiving words used by Luiz, side tracked me. So Went as soon as I could, and yes I was frustrated, but never disrespect anyone there. I was helped by Ana who quickly printed a new contract with out the extended warranty and the remote starer. At this point loosing about $ 1,200.00 a day. Whith a crew at home because i didn't have a van for them to work I called Igor asking him to rush the new contact to the bank but he said that they would mail the contract I sugest that i could send someone to pick up that paperwork and take to the bank which is 20 minutes away from Framingham. That's when that gentleman Luiz called extremely RUDE and said that he'd not allow anybody to pick anything up and if I wanted to cancel the deal I was welcome to do so. The only reason why i didn't cancel its because I had put $24k as a down payment and i needed the vehicle to work. When I finally picked up the vehicle it only have one key and ist no the original.

Easy to work with and large selection of vehicles answered all questions and would recommend to my friends and family and was a pleasure to work with Mateus
