I purchased an f-150 from Matheus a week or so ago. I have probably purchased 10+ vehicles in my lifetime. This was by far the most pleasant experience that I have ever had purchasing a car new or used. He was incredibly patient, listened and worked with me to find the right vehicle at the right price. I brought my son with me to show him what a grind buying a car could be. He now thinks I am nuts, as this was about as easy and friendly as it could be!!!

I was impressed by the whole car buying experience with Automax Pre-owned. It started with a quick reply to my internet info request. Matt was my sales rep and he did a great of staying in touch with me on my car interest, scheduling a meeting and then had the car ready for a test drive. There was no hard sell, just a consultative approach based on my needs. He worked with me on my trade-in, and followed through on all the next steps to have the car ready to be picked up. (Detailing, tires etc.) The finance manager was great to work with as well and they helped coordinate the car registration in NH (Lucy was great). End to end, it was a great experience! -Dan

Matheus went absolutely above and beyond to make this process easy for me. He stayed late and came in early 2 days in a row to push paperwork through to make sure I’d get my car same-day. When he couldn’t beat another dealer’s price, he matched it and then ensured that I got an extremely low financing rate. And then after all was said and done, he offered to pay for me to Uber home out of his own pocket so that he could keep the car for an extra clean and detail, and then he personally delivered it to me out to my home in Watertown. Matt is an absolute consummate professional!
