I ha a minor Ac problem. They fit me in late the next day and did a needed oil change saving me another appt. Conformable waiting area, knowledgeable desk staff! Typical dealer high costs however !

Service department is top notch, with friendly staff
Service department is top notch, with friendly staff attentive to the customers safety and satisfaction. Called the service department for seatbelt and turn signal indicator lights randomly coming on and spoke with Warren. His immediate concern was safety and asked to bring the car in that afternoon for it to be checked. He suggested an oil change while I was there since it was due. He informed me about all the findings and he was right on time with the time he quoted for car to be ready! I have always been extremely satisfied with Kia in both the buying process and service.

Service department is top notch, with friendly staff attentive to the customers safety and satisfaction. Great outfit.
Great outfit. I stopped at the service department today. My tire light was on that I needed air .I'm not even a Kia owner and they took me in and filled my tires with no charge. Great service!!!

Ray was delightful to work with.
Ray was delightful to work with. He explained all the features of the Kia Sorento we were looking at leasing and broke down all the numbers, which helped us make our final decision. He and Jeff both made the final leasing process effortless. This was the most straightforward car-buying experience I've ever dealt with.

Worked with Ken Russian. I would recommend working with him. He understands most people do a ton of research before stepping foot inside a dealership and didn’t waste time reviewing features until after you purchased the vehicle which I appreciated. Also got to test drive car by myself which was the first time I’ve ever done that in my car buying experience. There were a few times I had to provide the same information to multiple people specifically during the financing process but overall it was easy and fast process. My family has purchased multiple cars from Ken and Lev Kia.

Salesman was great. Otherwise 0 customer service. Terrible. I overheard the front desk man talking down to customers. It was embarrassing.

Don’t get a Kia.
Don’t get a Kia. From anywhere. Service is atrocious. 2 months to get a service appointment. I call to confirm the week of the appointment, there is no appointment. Just awful in every way shape and form.
