    they replaced moonroof tracks on my F350 in the process they managed to screw up not only the moonroof which hops when opening but mow my key doesnt work... to open my doors and neither does my electric car starter their suggestion was to bring it to who put it in and also told me that they mechanic that dis the job said yes he came across wires for both but he just pushed them aside and didn't touch them! NOT HAPPY

    We had a fantastic experience working with Gordon! We have bought multiply cars for ourselves and children. Gordon is very easy to work with ...no pressure... and he always get back to use when we bug him with more questions :). We have been buying cars from Acton Ford since we were in college.     I've purchased two new Ford Explorer SUVs at Acton Ford. Both exceedingly smooth and stress-free transactions. The first Explorer (a 2016 model) was... perfect from the factory and never went back to the dealership for warranty service. The second Explorer (a 2018 model) started displaying intermittent error messages about the car's cross-traffic alert system and blind-spot alert systems upon start-up. I explained the situation to the service writer at Acton Ford, and their technician discovered a bad pin on a wiring harness under the rear seat -- a factory defect. It was repaired, and my Explorer has been perfect since then. I was impressed that Acton Ford never pulled the old "can't duplicate" trick, and actually diagnosed and fixed my Explorer's intermittent problem on the first attempt. Very impressive!

    These guys really helped me out in a pinch with my F350. Everyone was kind and helpful from the service desk to the mechanic himself! They got my truck... in and serviced and on my way in a reasonable amount of time.
