Great Service

We were helped by Don in the sales department. He is a class act and went out of his way to help me and my Fiance out buying a new truck. He was personable and genuine. I've had experiences at other dealerships I would rather forget but Colonial Chevrolet treated us great, and I would definitely recommend their service to others. I know I will be using them when the time comes to get another truck; hopefully I can deal with Don again!

2012 Jeep Wrangler

I went in on a rainy Wednesday afternoon to look at a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. Bob Lane was the first person i saw, he came up to me, asked me how he could help, and within 5 minutes I was driving the car. I absolutely loved this wrangler but it was about $3,000 out of my price range. The next day Bob called me and asked if i was still interested and I told him how much i loved the car but it was a little pricey. He told me to hold on a second so he could talk to his manager. When he got back on he informed me that the dealership could meet me much closer to my price range and that we could make this work. Its saturday today and I am picking up the Jeep on Tuesday. I could not be happier with the friendliness, professionalism, and fairness of Colonial Chevrolet and their employees. I spent a total of 2 hours in the dealership and now own this Wrangler. I would highly suggest Colonial Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new or used car. My experience could not have been better and I am now driving my dream car at the age of 21 Thank you so much to Bob Lane and Shaune Conway for all your help!

Excellent Service

Despite an unexpected timeframe available to have my car serviced, Steve, the Service Manager, made sure everything was done and the car was done when I needed it to be. He is a great Service Manager ... wonderful to do business with and a great example of the kind of customer service Colonial has shown me since purchasing my car there.

Great Service, Won't anywhere else

I brought my car in on Friday the 16th and wasn't expecting a call back until at least Monday. Friday afternoon Steve called me and said that they are pretty sure they found the problem and had ordered the parts needed. He said I would get my car on Tuesday, but that Monday, he called me to let me know that the parts came in early and that my car was ready to be picked up.

Have tools, will travel...Chevy gets me there.

I always recieve prompt and reliable service. My Chevy truck has over a quarter of a million miles on it, and thanks to the good care provided by this, and other Chevy dealership service garages, it is running strong. My truck is an '04 2500hd 4x4 Silverado, and has had over two thousand pounds of tools and gear in it sence the day I bought it. It will still pass anything but a gas station... : ) The care I get from your mechanics gives me the confidence to work from coast to coast, with my truck. Thank you, George Gusler.

The service team at Colonial Chevrolet are always professional and understand the importance of making sure I understand what service work will be done and how soon the vehicle will be ready. I wouldn't trust my car to any other dealership.
