I'm 84. I've bought many vehicles in my life. I've never had a better experience at a car dealership than I had at Colonial Chevrolet in Acton. Thank you to all who helped me to choose the perfect car for me - a Chevrolet Trax Activ! I love it. I've been telling all of my daughter's young friends to go to Colonial Chevrolet and ask for Matthew Kronk!

Everything went really smoothly and quickly.
Everything went really smoothly and quickly. My only negative on anything was the detailing. The windows were not cleaned well at all. Lots of film. I had to clean them myself.

Was very disappointed to be sold a car that would not
Was very disappointed to be sold a car that would not pass inspection. Communication was horrible by my sales associate. I had to take time off from work multiple times because of being sold a car needing repairs. They did fix the issues but I was talked down to by service and was told conflicting information by different people involved.

I apologize your experience was not a great one while purchasing your new vehicle here from Colonial. I got with the service manager to see what had happened in this case. The battery had gotten replaced and therefore had to be driven for a for a couple days to allow the system to reset itself in order to communicate correctly with the state inspection system.
