I am writing this as someone who has supported Imperial

I am writing this as someone who has supported Imperial Chevrolet - 18 Uxbridge Rd for years. My family and I have purchased numerous vehicles from Imperial, including a brand new truck I personally bought just two weeks ago. Until now, we have always spoken highly of the dealership. Yesterday, I returned to purchase a Chevrolet Malibu as a commuter car for my girlfriend’s younger sister. Our salesperson, Matt V., was professional and helpful throughout the process. Unfortunately, the experience completely unraveled when we had to deal with the Sales Manager, Brad Mancini. The issue began when an additional $1,000 was attempted to be added above the advertised asking price. When I questioned the discrepancy, instead of receiving a clear explanation, the interaction became confrontational and unnecessarily hostile. The tone shifted from professional to dismissive and condescending very quickly. What is most unacceptable is that his behavior escalated to the point where he was so rude and aggressive in his communication that he made a young first-time buyer visibly upset and in tears. That is not how anyone — especially a young woman making a responsible purchase decision — should be treated. As a long-standing loyal customer, this was shocking. Loyalty should mean something. Respect should be a baseline standard. Transparency in pricing should not require confrontation. I do not write negative reviews lightly, but this experience crossed a line. If this is the direction Imperial Chevrolet is heading under current sales management, I fear it will severely damage the reputation that many of us have trusted for years. Unless this situation is addressed by senior leadership, I can confidently say that my family, extended network, and friends will be taking our business elsewhere going forward. I hope ownership or executive management sees this and understands the seriousness of what occurred.

I just bought a new Silverado from imperial Chevrolet. The experience was great. My salesman Shawn actually listened to what I was looking for and put me in the perfect truck for me. Shawn was easy going and answered all of my questions. It was such an easy process. So much so that my wife and I just came back to buy a car for our daughter. Super happy with our new cars. JT

I purchased my first vehicle at Imperial Cars in Mendon

I purchased my first vehicle at Imperial Cars in Mendon and had a great experience. I went in with one vehicle in mind and from the moment I pulled into the Imperial, I was greeted by Hamza and within 5 minutes was test driving the vehicle I had in mind. Our salesman (Hamza,) was polite, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. After taking my vehicle of choice for a test drive, I met with Rik Turner in financing who truly went above and beyond for me in meeting my financial needs. I left Imperial Cars feeling as though my financial needs were met and most importantly with the car of my dreams (Chevy Tahoe.) My children love my new car and were so happy I purchased it. Once again, a great big thank you to Hamza and Rik for their professionalism which will not be forgotten. I will certainly make future referrals to friends and families when looking for their next dream car.
