Great salesman at Imperial

John Earl was by far the best salesman there. Great to deal with and NO pressure. Highly recommend him. He was knowledgeable about the product

Mohamed and Bruce

my salesman Mohamed was helpful and personable, he had a good balance of friendship and professionalism to him. he gave me a good deal with the help of Bruce, the sales manager. I had an aftermarket sunroof put in as well and Mohamed spent his day off making sure my car would be ready on time to the best of his ability. I would absolutely recommend these two to someone interested in buying a car here.I went back to this dealership 3 times in the 3 months I spent searching for a car because of Bruce. I look foreword to going back for my services and for my next purchase in the future.

Buying 2017 Chevorolet Colorado

I went to Imperial Chevorolet in Mendon to find out what I could get for a trade in. I was met in parking lot by Chris Mac Mcintyre in the parking lot. I've to say he's the friendliest salesperson I've ever met. He walked me around to the type of trucks we were interested in. He explained the GMC rebates or the 0% finaciancing. After looking around we say in his cubicle and he found the truck at his deck very quickly it had everything we were looking for. The trade in was fair but the the rebate he explained was the seal in,the deal. I was so happy that Chris let me take the truck home for awhile and for a ride with hubby. I went back to Imperial and Chris made us the best deal on our new truck. 2x hours later we drove the car off the lot. He really made our buying experience wonderful. I would highly recommend this dealership. & Chris went above and beyond to make us happy. We even received a $25.00 gift card for the Mendon Diner.

Re car purchase

We had a great experience with John. He was honest and easy to talk to. We did not feel pressure to make a purchase and John was able to answer all of our questions. We highly recommend John and Imperial for buying a new car. We will be going back for future car purchases.

New car purchase

We had a great experience with John. He was professional, knowledgeable, and most important, honest. We did not feel pressure and were able to make a decision on a car with complete confidence. He took the time to explain the cars features with extensive detail and made it clear he can be reached after the purchase of the car with questions. We would go back to imperial to big a car and would recommend John to our friends.

Very satisfied

Best experience I ever had I had Edward Vidinha for my salesman. What a wonderful man professional very knowledgeable he treated me as if I was his mother I would recommend anyone to Edward if ur shopping for a vehicle go to imperial Chevy and ask for Edward. He answered all my questions and concerns not pushy just a great experience with a great salesman thank you Edward and I will be recommending friends and family to you I rate you and the dealership a 10+ thanks again and I love my new Chevy cruze

Not happy with our experience

Had and appointment to see a car. We were told the car would be waiting for us to view. They had the wrong car waiting. We asked for the car we were looking for and took it for a test ride. The salesman was tired and didn't seem like he wanted to be at work but he was nice. When we came in to talk price we were told that because our trade in didn't meet their requirements for the trade in assist we would have $1000 add to the online price so went from 15,944 to $16,944. We were told our car to trade it wasn't worth anything but they would try to put in for $100. This dropping price to $16,844. We informed the salesman we wanted their bottom line. My wife and I were looking to purchase the car under the 15,944. We were told the 16,844 was their offer but if we wanted to we could try to counter offer and see if it is excepted. my wife felt disrespected and that we were wasting our time so she said 14,000. The offer went in and the manager wanted to know why we put that offer and where we came up with the price. We said we averaged out what was online and threw out that price. The manager stated their prices are the lowest around but we have to find that out for ourself and said sorry we couldn't do business with you. We said sorry too and walked out. We returned home and found another dealer with the same make, model and similar mileage we called them and made an appointment for the next day. We are happy to say we purchased the car from the other dealer the car had more features and options and we paid $14,750. In a way we are glad for the bad experience as we did so much better somewhere else and were respected and welcomed.

2013 Red Camaro Convertible - Extremely Satisfied

First of all, we heard about a fantastic deal on a 2013 Camaro Convertible at the Imperial Chevrolet dealership through CarGurus. Dave called the contact phone number and spoke with Chris, the internet contact person from Imperial Chevrolet. We scheduled an appointment for Friday June 16th with Dave, but by the time we got to the dealership at 6:30pm on Friday, Bruce was there to assist us. Josh was the first to greet us at the dealership. After test driving, talking, laughing and making a great deal, we met with Omar. On Monday we got the check from our bank and met with Josh again. Josh really was wonderful and worked really hard for us. All the back and forth phone calls and paperwork. He was always available, answered his phone every time. Josh, Bruce and Omar are a real awesome team. They made buying a car a real pleasant experience. Josh went out of the way to make sure the windshield was replaced, the wires in the trunk were fixed. We picked up the car on Friday the 23rd. We are extremely satisfied with all the attention we got. Thank you! Sincerely, Dave and Sue
