I bought a Chevy Cruze

My salesman was Patrick and he was excellent! He gave me every possible option for my price range and didn't put any pressure on my decision. I also worked with Bruce (sales manager) and Omar (finance) they were all fantastic and I would absolutely recommend choosing Imperial Chevrolet to all of my friends and family

New Customer Will Definitely Be A Repeat Customer

Joshua Pepin, the salesperson who worked with me, was wonderful. He was patient with all of my questions and offered excellent suggestions and advice. Josh made me feel that he honestly cared about what I was looking for in a vehicle. I would recommend Imperial Chevrolet for anyone looking for a dealership that provides great service and I would definitely have them ask for Josh.

Highly Incompetent and Arrogant

This was one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing a vehicle. Not only was the process slowed down due to incapable sales and finance employees but I was treated rudely throughout the process. The dealership's paperwork mishap cost me an additional $120 in rental car fees, which they were not willing to help repay. Bruce D responded with an indignant "No" when my father asked if there was recourse for me to help pay for the rental car. When we turned to head for the door, Bruce sternly said "Shame on you" toward us because we walked away after being told no. Not only is this unprofessional but is one of the poorest examples of customer service. He only became arrogant and disrespectful after we signed the paperwork sealing the deal. If that weren't enough, It took the dealership three days to complete registration paperwork. I'm not sure why it took so long but there was never an apology from Bruce. When I finally came to pick up my truck, Bruce sat at his desk and ignored me after I requested on the phone to see him when I arrived. Poor business model and even worse customer service. My sales agreement stated that I was owed "Great Service," this was surely not met. I expected better from Bruce and his team.

Jeep wrangler

I was looking to buy a Jeep for a long time went to many different dealers and no one was willing to help me out. Went to imperial chevy and they had just sold the one I like. I was very discouraged and was ready to give up my search then one day Pat from Imperial Chevy called and said they had one. I went down and bought it that day. Pat and Dave where great they got me everything I needed and wanted. Definitely recommend them and the dealer to anyone looking to buy a car.

FINALLY!!!!!! A GREAT CAR DEALERSHIP

The dealership was Immaculate! I was greeted promtly but not swarmed! There was no high pressure sales. My salesman Rick Giannetti was great to work with. He listened to MY needs and not what he wanted to sell me. He was also knowledgeable about his job!The Manager David Boratyn was more than accommodating, He was professional, and he did what he said he was going to do. No lip service here! Imperial Chevrolet is by far, one of the best dealerships I have ever dealt with. This is what a dealership should be, other dealerships should use Imperial Chevrolet as a model as to how a car dealership is supposed to be run. Great Experiance!!! Thanks George P

Very helpful and nice to work with.

He was nice to work with. He was able to find the type of car we wanted within our budget. This our 4 vehicle with dealer and plan to go back in the future.

Jeff is worst finance person

Jeff was so arrogant rude and unprofessional i have 2 family members also looking for cars and i refuse to semd them there inalso have a close friend that knows jd and kevin and we will be reaching out to them on our horrible experience
