Although I was purchasing a lower priced vehicle for my daughter the staff at Land Rover Sudbury treated me as though I was buying a high end vehicle. After speaking with the sales manager, I was directed to Julie Lepore who I feel couldn't have been more helpful. All reasonable requests were granted, and the car was delivered in a timely manner. I look forward to purchasing a vehicle through this dealership, with Julie's help in the future.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS THE WORST
I have owned four range rovers so my husband and I have had lots of experience with the service department at Land Rover Sudbury. Service experience there has always been very positive, particularly with Peter as head. THAT IS, until now. Peter left a few months ago and unfortunately, the service department has gone downhill. With Peter, I always got timely feedback on the status of my car, my car was always reliably serviced and turn around time was very prompt. Peter was always more than happy to provide a loaner vehicle so that I could get around while my vehicle was in the shop. More often than not, he had the loaner vehicle delivered to my home because he knew how difficult it would be for me to pick it up with no car. He was friendly and professional. He provided the type of service you would expect with the purchase of a luxury vehicle. (Rusty Johnsen, by the way, was our most recent SALES person and he was very good to work with). Most recently, my car broke down on a major road while I was traveling with my three children. The car just stopped working - lost all power. Luckily I was able to steer the car off to the side of the road out of major traffic. When I called the service department to notify them of the car breaking down, they could not have been more unhelpful. I asked if I could get a loaner so I could at least transport my kids home. Well he could not have been more unhelpful. The car was eventually towed to the dealership after several hours of waiting with my kids outside on the side of a major road with traffic. When the car arrived, the dealership never called me to let me know that the vehicle made it. I finally called the dealership to make sure my car had indeed arrived in addition to requesting a loaner vehicle. Jeff could not act more like I was a pain in the xxx. I asked if he could have the loaner delivered to my home as I had no way of getting there. He said he had no loaners. He finally located one the next day acting as if it was a big deal for him to do. I asked if he could have it delivered to the house as I had no way of getting there. He said no, he had no staff. I said I would try to get there, but asked if he could deliver it the following morning if I could not get there that afternoon. He was very reluctant, but agreed. Well wouldn't you know, the next morning, the loaner never arrived. Nor did I hear anything from Jeff in the service department. So my car was towed there on Monday. Today is Friday - 5:00 pm to be exact. I have not heard anything from Jeff in service at the dealership as to the status of my car repair, if they have even looked at it and offer any possible explanation as to why it may have just completely died on the road. They really need Peter back. Can Peter please come back??

Land Rover Sudbury Above and Beyond as Always
My LR4 was being repaired after an accident. I needed to rent a vehicle so I tried calling Enterprise at the BMW location in Sudbury - that experience was pure agony and produced no results. I went up the road to Land Rover Sudbury and was lucky enough to see Steve, the salesperson who had sold me my LR4. (Fabulous experience by the way. LR is VERY fortunate to have Steve aboard.) I explained to Steve that I had to have a vehicle that day and asked if he had any other suggestions. Steve consulted with the sales manager and within 20 minutes I had a loaner vehicle to get me by until the next day. This is one of many reasons why my husband and I have purchased our last four vehicles from Land Rover Sudbury.

Best LR service shop in the area. And Pat Higgins is the single best service adviser with whom I've ever worked. Full stop. Excellent, timely, and consistent communications. No surprises. Proactive effort to ensure my (car's) concerns are fully addressed. Easy scheduling. Proper LR loaner vehicles. Everything you expect from a LR service experience. And they fix it right the first time (unlike the folks just north of Boston). Strongly recommend them over other options.

I am writing this review after concluding my purchase of...
I am writing this review after concluding my purchase of a Range Rover Evoque at Herb Chambers in Sudbury. Let me first start with some context. We have bought a number of luxury vehicles including BMWs, Range Rovers and Porsches across a number of dealers in the US and internationally. In addition to this context, I recently moved to the US and while my credit score is excellent, I have limited history which could have been a problem financing a vehicle in the US…until I walked into Land Rover of Sudbury! We were moving from NYC to Boston and therefore needed to buy a car. We initially went to a Land Rover in Manhattan who were only interested in taking my deposit. They were not knowledgeable about the car, and when they did get my financing, got it for me at 11% with a requirement of 50% down! They also took over a week to refund my deposit but that is another story for another day. I decided to try and get the Range Rover Evoque in Boston, given it was probably easier to register. I looked up Land Rover in Sudbury and gave them a call – Anthony Carbone picked up. I told him I was about to make the trip from NYC to Boston, but that I needed to finance the car and had limited credit history. He was upfront about the risks but assured me he would do his best to get a good deal. I landed at the dealership on a Saturday at 11am – Anthony and Bobby greeted me, and introduced me to Rusty who would take me through the sales process. Rusty immediately asked me if I wanted to go for a test drive, and we were off for a 6 mile drive around Sudbury. He was quiet, and not pushy letting the car sell itself. He was on point with any questions I had. He then asked me what trim I was interested in, when I said Prestige; he drove 10 minutes away to the back lot to pull out a brand new Prestige (still in its white shipping wrapping). He took off the wrapping but I didn’t like the color. He then asked patiently if I wanted to see anything else. The Evoque on the showroom floor caught my attention and I asked if it was for sale – it was, and we immediately got down to numbers. Rusty provided me with payment plan options and after a bit of back and forth we starting calling the banks. That is where Anthony and his magic came in! He spent a little over an hour calling the banks, keeping all my limitations in mind, and only came out of his office when he had a positive result…and positive it was. He was able to get me a rate of ~2% with a structure very much under a monthly payment I was comfortable with. I agreed, we processed the papers and in a matter of 4 hours I was out the door with the deal done. I asked if I could pick up the car the following week, and knowing it was our 5th year anniversary and a gift for my wife, they dressed up the Evoque with a red bow for collection! Over the week I inundated both Rusty and Anthony with a number of questions and every time they were super quick to respond. This experience has been BY FAR …THE BEST car purchasing experience I have ever experienced. I will only buy Range Rovers while we live in Boston (unless Anthony moves to another brand) because dealing with this dealership was exceptional. Given my limited credit history they were able to put us in a car of our choice with no car sales BS, the industry is known for and plagued with. In fact, I am so ecstatic with my experience that I am including my personal email address and encourage anyone who is thinking about dealing with Land Rover of Sudbury to reach out if they have any specific questions about the Range Rover Evoque or the dealership It is for these reasons and so much more I have them rated exceptionally high. Great, great experience
I had a great experience buying a slightly used Range Rover from the boys at Sudbury Land Rover. I turned in my 10 year old, Discovery Land Rover in (which I had purchased here) and received a fair price for the vehicle and a good deal on the Range Rover. Holden, the sales representative and Anthony, the business manager, and Bobby Strickland, sales manager provided great customer service. They all went above and beyond making this an enjoyable, stress-free transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and this dealership to my friends and family.

Unbelievably great service
Herb Chambers' Land Rover Dealership was the most pleasant and wonderful experience I have ever had at any car service/dealership. Background: My Land Rover's back hatch lock was not letting me get into my trunk. Living in Albany, I naturally asked the Albany Land Rover Dealership for service. They let my son wait for over an hour before telling him they didn't have the part, but could order it and get it in the following week at a given price....calculating a 3.5 hour installation. They had on previous occasions quoted higher prices than necessary which left me wondering about the current situation and my trust in them wavered once again. I needed my trunk functional that next day as I had to pick up my son-in-law from the airport so... The next morning, I called Land Rover in Sudbury and explained that I would be traveling through to Logan Airport on that same day and would they be so kind to take a look at my back hatch which no longer was opening. They had originally said that they were booked until after Christmas but, after hearing my plea, agreed to at least take a look at the vehicle and asked about what time I would be passing through. I said I thought it would be around 12:30. Due to unforeseen circumstance, we only made it to Land Rover at 1:15. ( the plane was to arrive at 2...) But to my surprise, and utter joy, not only was I helped immediately, but Tom came right out with me to drive my car into the service area. He promptly had the tech look at the car and assess the situation. I was then advised that they would have to break into the car's back to see exactly what was going on, and should they have the part, they could then try to install it. He did say it would take approximately an hour to figure things out and would that still work with my time constraints. I decided that with the plane's delay, and having to go through customs, it was worth the chance. At 2:20 Tom approached me with the paperwork for the already completed repair!!! Not only had they taken me right in ( a stranger to this dealership) and fixed my car, but they did it in an hour.....and at a price $250 less than quoted in Albany..... AND ...as I was paying the bill...Tom even washed the car! I picked up my son- in- law with a slight delay but, had a huge smile on my face. Thank you Herb Chamber's Land Rover and Tom for helping me out!! I am so thankful and pleased to now consider them my Land Rover place! :)
