We bought a used Sienna.

We bought a used Sienna. The car was in good shape and the salesman was nice. It took over a week to get the paperwork sorted with our insurance company- they kept saying they never received the paperwork from our insurance company (who had sent it multiple ways). We also had to purchase our own floor mats- they wouldn't include them in the purchase. When I went in with the financing guy he said that we would pay the car off sooner by signing up for AutoPay Plus. He said that by doing weekly payments we would essentially decrease our interest rate by 2 points. AutoPay had been deducting money from my account weekly for a total of $600 last month, but only paid the bank $534. When I called they said they didn't know we were making extra payment. I said it's all over my account on your website how much you're taking out of my account. I closed my AutoPay account and will just pay the bank directly, like all of my other bills
