Probably one of the busiest dealership in greater Boston. Came here after searching and pricing a Rav4 thru their e/online web site. Well on arrival I... was told car I priced was no longer in inventory. Disappointed and ready to walk out, I was made at ease by salesman Julio Bencid and sales manager John Moraites. They calmed me down and went above and beyond searching for my selected car. It was found snow bound in their storage lot. Well things worked out great, was gifted with a better than expected sales price and purchased the exact car I wanted. I'm a hard person to please, but cant say enough about how happy I am. John Moraites and his salesman Julio Bencid deserve recognition for outstanding work and professionalism.

just want to say how happy i am with my recent purchase! I was very hesitant to buy my first new car but after speaking to sales manager wally Sabet ,... my mind was made up! Not only did wally treat me with the utmost respect but he was personable and talked me through the process and was willing to listen to my need and budget.... Went to the dealership with my friend to help her get a car, the sales representative Lurgy Ramos was very helpful. She answered every questions we had... fully also made sure we got a great deal than I could have negotiated. Definitely a great experience. That's not always easy to say when buying a car at a dealership. I was lucky enough to get matched up with Chris. Woburn Toyota service department Vincent Reeves is exceptionally great! Every time I went to service my highlander, Vincent has always put in great extraordinary... efforts to get things done under tight time constraints. He was THE difference maker in coordinating working crews in person; solve difficult problems to make sure the complex service items were done timely and with the highest quality! Worst service I have ever encountered, young women beware...
I want to apologize for my staff showing you a preowned car without a title. What happens sometimes is people finance their cars and when they trade t...hem in we pay off the bank the customer finances their vehicle with then we have to wait for that bank to mail us the title. Most times we receive the title 7-10 days after paying off the bank. In regards to the interest rate we use a store average rate to estimate monthly payments, we do this because we use multiple banks and each bank has different interest rates for different cars, loan to value, and length of the finance term. When you meet with a finance manager he will determine our most aggressive rate based on multiple different criteria. One of the banks we are actually an approved dealer for is, in fact, Bank of America so if Bank of America quoted you 3.39 then that's exactly what your rate would have been unless one of our other banks offered a lower rate which we would have passed on to you. Regarding your refund, it was being handled first thing this morning. We opened at 9:00 am and we had confirmation of your refund sent to your email Kelly.firstname.lastname@example.org at 12:21 pm and 6 minutes later you replied back saying thank you. We also called you and your mother multiple times to relay to you the refund had been processed. I apologize you feel we were trying to take advantage in some way however that wasn't our intention at all. We processed and sent a confirmation of your refund 3 hours and 21 minutes after we opened the very next day after you left your deposit. We never had any intention of not refunding your deposit because we don't want to ruin our credibility over something like this. The fact that you are a young professional woman is great and we want to do business with all people that choose to buy or service a vehicle with Woburn Toyota.Thank You,Ken ConnorGeneral ManagerP:781-404-6348
