The store has excellent and very efficient service, the reception staff are very helpful and communicative, I left the car for a Honda warranty repair, the repair was done successfully and the car is working very well, however when I got home I noticed the lack of many clips in the lower part of my bumper and even in the internal part, nothing that will affect the efficiency of the car but for such a reputable store could be more careful with the customer's car, when looking inside the front grille for the new capacitor the wire that connected to it and went inside the car was loose, it was not nailed in the proper places for support, I needed to take a branch to fit the wire in the supports and finally a rubber apparently side protection inside the front grille of the car is also now loose, and it was not like that before.

The service on my 2020 passport was excellent.

The service on my 2020 passport was excellent. All work was done on time. The car was Wash and vacuumed and all services were explained. Ashly was very attentive and helpful

This was the second lease we’ve signed with Lee. And the 5th vehicle we’ve gotten from Honda of Burlington. Lee is very knowledgeable and works super hard for his customers. We trust him to do the very best he can for us. Additionally, Chris in the service department has the same type of work ethic and that keeps us return for their customer service.
