This review is based on our total experience buying a new...

This review is based on our total experience buying a new car at this dealership, not just one factor. The sales person was helpful and easy to work with but the good service kind of ends there. Although the several managers we spoke with listened and wanted to help our experience was still less than optimal. We bought a brand new car and encountered some issues. There was a mess on the built in window screen, the dealership replaced it for us. There is also a broken driver side rear view mirror that we will need to wait a month for parts for. These two items have been given attention by the service department but…. The car was in the service center for 2 days. Now we have to go back for the mirror which will be another half day or more. These issues left us with an overall feeling of frustration and disappointment. A new car should be perfect. We are satisfied with the dealership’s response to the problems and are aware that parts are back ordered right now but this was an imposition on our time that should not have happened. We have been assured by the general manager that he is working on some other points we mentioned which we appreciate. He was courteous, listened, and expressed his thanks for our business.
