I called Laurie told her what I was looking for. When the CRV came in that met my critea Laurie called me and set up an appointment. I went in, test drove and purchased. She made everything easy!!!!

Lauriie was great to deal with. This is my 6th new car that I got from her at Herb Chambers Honda in Burlington since 2006. She is very friendly and always answered any questions I had about the cars.She explained each car and all its functions well and clear,since I'am not high tech.Everytime I go for service and she sees me ,she will always come over and say hi and see how eveything is going. I highly recommend her and the dealership. The service dept. is great and service on all my cars have been prompt without waitng forever and great explainations about what is wrong. I arrived at Herb Chambers Honda Burlington with one of my children to see what kind of used cars were available as a first car for him. We had spent weeks trolling the internet and many other Honda dealerships in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Maine and were very discouraged about finding a decent car we could afford. Given our previous search, I was totally unprepared to find a suitable car in Burlington. That is until we met Laurie Cantwell. I told Laurie our requirements: a reliable car to get him to school, which wouldn't break down, and that he could afford. Laurie immediately hiked us to the top of the parking lot, otherwise known as Chambers Mountain straight to the sweetest 2003 Honda Accord. It had only one owner, exceptionally low mileage, and it was in near perfect shape. I was stunned and my child was in heaven. I made the decision immediately and a few days later we drove away with what I believe is a gem. If this car is as good as I think it is, I will return to Herb Chambers and Laurie one day to trade my Honda Cr-V for a new model. Our experience with Laurie and Herb Chambers Honda surpassed my previous experience with Boch Honda, which I thought was terrific.

My husband and I brought our 4 year old CRV in to have an...
My husband and I brought our 4 year old CRV in to have an oil change, a week ago. While waiting, we chatted with Laurie (who sold us the car, new)about our interest in turning our car in for a new one. Within an hour we had a new CRV picked out and paperwork drawn up and we were meeting with Tony in finance for the final deal. Tony was patient and informative and took the time to explain any minute detail as requested. From beginning to end our experience was one of ease, good information, friendly interaction and complete satisfaction. As this is the second car we have bought from Laurie, we have dealt with this dealership for the upkeep of our 1st car, and had a lot of experience with their service. We could not recommend Burlington Honda more highly. Keep up the good work! You are doing things right!

Everyone at this dealership that assisted me was completely professional and extremely helpful! Not pushy at all....had answers to all questions about the vehicle I purchased (2011 Honda Odyssey) I love the vehicle and again everyone was prfessional and very helpful...not overwhelming!

I requested to deal with a woman in my search for a car. I was put in touch with Laurie Cantwell and could not have been more pleased. She thoroughly explained what a certified pre-owned vehicle was and was extremely patient with me while we looked at various used cars. I had previously purchased a new Fit through this dealership and was looking to return to a small SUV. Laurie was so helpful in my decision of which car to purchase. This is the firt time I have purchased a used car and I can't begin to tell you how excited I am about my CRV all because of Laurie puting me at ease with the purchase. I purchased my first Honda last week from Laurie...
I purchased my first Honda last week from Laurie Cantwell. I have never dealt with a female salesperson in the car industry and as usual expected the worst. I was going to purchase a vehicle 2 years ago, but changed my mind but when I inquired about a car online last week Lori called me out of the clear blue and said she had kept my information from 2 years ago and could help me. I was impressed. I explained all my circumstances to Lori, and in many ways consider myself quite demanding. She handled my situation with professionalism and never got rattled. She addressed all my issues and by the time I showed up in the showroom for paperwork and test drive she had my car waiting for me! She did everything she could to get this deal done quickly, and without stress. I did have to spend several hours at the dealer, but there was no "back and forth negotiating" or intense sessions, they were just busy and my paperwork was taking a bit longer. I was offered coffee, and then a suggestion that maybe I could go grab a bite to eat since we hadn't had any lunch and then return with news about the sale. We did this, and returned to purchase a 2008 Civic. I LOVE THIS CAR, it has pep and is sleek and has all that I need, thanks to Lori. I will probably be a customer for life, but I will utilize the service department for all my mechanical needs, so I will save my opinions on that part of the dealership for then. I couldn't be happier, and certainly would suggest anyone looking for a new or used car contact Lori by email or phone. She will get you what you want at the price you need. All in all this was the first time I purchased a vehicle without feeling overwhelmed or "used". THANKS LORI!!

I stopped in a few weeks ago to get a routine oil change. I had been thinking about trading my current vehicle and mentioned this fact to June at the Service Desk. My father and I went to Herb Chambers Honda in hopes of finding a car for my mother. As soon as we walked into the dealership we were greeted by a very friendly, outgoing salesperson named Laurie Cantwell. She was absolutely fantastic and made the whole process very enjoyable unlike other sales people. She was highly knowledgeable and exhibited great customer service. I have purchased four vehicles from Herb Chambers Honda...
I have purchased four vehicles from Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, one new, one used and two new leases. Each purchase was made with their sales agent Laurie Cantwell. I have found Laurie to be an excellent sales agent. She has always work hard to ensure that the process is smooth and event free. Laurie always calls after the sale has been complete to make sure I am happy with my purchase. When ever I come into the dealer for service Laurie always takes the time to say hello and asks how I am as well as if I am being treated well by the service department. I will send anyone who asks for a good place to purchase a vehicle to Laurie and Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington.
