Great Service to repair vibration in my 2015 CRV

Chris Glen explained the service steps required to complete this fix and despite the long wait, the service was completed with excellent results.

Great Experience

Buying a new car met with Amjad Aslam who was great at finding the right car and plan for me. next met Khalid Saissi who help with finances. With both their help I was able to drive out with a new 2016 Honda.

Easy and very friendly service

I found the whole experience from beginning to end very easy and a very pleasant experience. The salesman (Robert Kinneen) answered all of my questions and concerns promptly. He explained the whole process in a concise manner and met all of my needs in a timely manner. The dealership made the whole experience very enjoyable overall.

Service Review

#4064 Philip Codner was very professional, courteous and helpful. In addition to my oil change request, I had asked for replacement wiper blades. He advised they had been cleaned and it was not necessary to replace them. In addition to saving me that expense, he voluntarily applied a customer coupon which produced an additional savings. As always, we are very satisfied with Herb Chambers Honda service department.

The service provided by Chris Glen and the Service Department continue to be superb. Chris has helped me over the years with excellent service--very responsive and helpful with all issues. Safety Recall Work

Dropped the vehicle off Sunday evening after booking appointment online earlier in the week. Received a phone call Monday around 12:00Noon the vehicle was ready and could be picked up anytime. This was for Safety Recall notices from Honda. The vehicle was purchased at another dealer but I was extremely pleased with the Chambers experience, and would recommend them to anyone.

4 tires and an oil cgange

I went into the dealer in a Saturday which I never do thinking it is the busiest day since most people are off for the day. I was in and out in 2hours . John Silva was great he kept me updated throughout my wait so I never felt like I was in limbo.

i had a wonderful experience taking the shuttle. The driver was extremely helpful. He did his best to bring me to work on time for my meeting. i got the 6 oil change package as recommended by the service people. hope it's a good deal.
