The sales staff was great. They worked well till satisfaction was reached on both sides.

The phone support is the most rudest I have dealt with. Service was subpar because I went in for one thing and something else broke—more than one time with me ending up footing the bill! The service manager and GM were helpful but I fear the phone crew act like they are yet to learn what the definition of curtesy means. I am a care giver myself, and I must say I was appalled to say the least. I trust there are honest hardworking folks there that do exemplary work but at least I am being specific. I was thinking of trading in my car next year but this experience left too bad a taste for me to return. Do not call this center on the phone if you like to be happy.

John Leduc was helpful, informative and did not pressure us. We ended up with a great deal and a great experience.

I wasn't even planning on purchasing the day I went in, but with a little bit of negotiating, they gave me an offer for a new vehicle that I just couldn't pass up! Would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family and would consider returning for my next vehicle!
