Excellent overall experience working with this dealership

Excellent overall experience working with this dealership from two different salespeople and the sales manager. Ordered a car for me without hesitation or trying to push a car in their inventory. Once car arrived Shyann picked up the sale due to my original sales person’s promotion to a different department. I was very pleased with the transition of salespeople as Shyann went above and beyond my expectations for someone who was stepping in and taking over to prep and deliver the car. Thank you!

I caught the ad for a used car as soon as it was posted,

I caught the ad for a used car as soon as it was posted, and contacted a sales person immediately. We had extensive communication about the car, and I was led to believe that it would not be available for sale until Monday ( today is Saturday), since it just came in and had to be serviced and detailed. Then today (Saturday) the sales person tells me that the manager said it was sold, before the work scheduled for it was completed. That's xxxx POOR BUSINESS! These people are definitely not to be trusted! Be forewarned.

I was led to believe that the car would not be available until Monday after all the inspections and detailing were finished.
