Exceptional customer focus in Sales. I don?t have much experience with the other departments. Here?s feedback for BMW. The car?s front grill is UGLY. The car is great from a driving perspective but it looks UGLY

The sales representative did a good job following up and getting the deal done. The finance person did not follow up on a couple of questions on the service contract!! Never received a follow up called back even after a follow up visit and call!!!!

Service rep was knowledgeable and helpful. Car was taken in on time and work completed in a timely fashion. All work was done in superior fashion. Estimates were accurate. Suggestions for additional work were not excessive and appropriate.. No issues. Will continue to bring my BMW here for future service. Just wish they had some snacks and soft drinks in the waiting area besides just coffee and water.

I found a used car at Laurel BMW of Westmont and went to check ot out. I arrived at the beautiful dealership and was behind the wheel on a test drive within a matter of minutes. My salesperson, Jeff Abbas, was nice, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He made the buying process easy and as fast as possible. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car. He's honest and provides good customer servixe. The Finance Director was also great to work with and arranged financing pretty quickly at an affordable rate.

Everything was perfect! I didn't rate my service at 5 stars only because I had to reach out multiple times to request a copy of the completed service invoice and I'm still waiting for it.
