Great experience buying a new X5. Car is excellent. Got a good pre-negotiated price, worked with Vesna, she was great, spent a lot of time with us explaining car features. She also followed up with us after a week of ownership, in case there are any questions. Looks like dealership wants to create a long term relationship with customers

Repairs
Last Saturday evening I found myself stranded at OakBrook Center...gear selector not functioning - no reverse. Towed to Laurel BMW of Westmont. Monday morning service advisor Tony (Anthony) Scanlon informed me of the problem and cost of repairs. A multi point inspection was performed...recommendation for future service. Parts were available for a prior safety recall - Tony had the technician perform the recall on my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service Laurel BMW staff provides to their customers.

Amazing dealership phenomenal experience!
We found the perfect car using the BMW CPO website but the vehicle was over 700 miles away at a BMW dealership outside of Chicago. I contacted the dealership and from the get go connected with an extremely attentive and genuinely caring sales associate name Hassan who personally took it upon himself to organize our purchase like we were sitting in the showroom with him. He gave us daily updates sent pics of the car as it was still being prepared for delivery and would contact me even on his days off for status updates. His sales manager and finance manager were equally as attentive and made the process so simple. The car just arrived last night and honestly it looks better than brand new. Thanks and to Hassan and Laurel BMW for an outstanding car at a great price with platinum customer service to match!
